OYO 68491 Nvs Residency

Honest review: Don’t prefer if are with family. Worst experience. Poor maintenance. Bed sheets are in bad condition as if they are used by someone but not washed. I have asked to change the bed sheet. They said no bed sheets available and all given for washing. Night stay is horrible with family.

Cheating people in the name of offers. Do not believe in offers. The owner is not even aware of what's going on with the bookings so he will ask you to pay full amount or else won't let you in. These money minded people are giving their worst maintenance and dirty rooms with dirty bedsheets. No night lamp was there.. Shame on you that you can't even afford to buy a mug in bathroom instead they have old nasty paint boxes, then toilet flush also doesn't do it's job as you have to pour water manually..Also you can find an empty mosquito refill being provided.. Please not that only people with vehicles can reach this place because it was put of no where and you can't get a can or auto..

Very cheap hotel and to doesn’t seem to be a hotel as its meant for wedding. Don’t go by the images shared as rooms were really dirty and lot of mosquitoes. Bathroom is a nightmare and needs a lot of courage to enter. On top of that, the hotel manager cheats you asking for charges again stating the reason that amount has not been received. I am still fighting with Agoda to get my refund they promised.

Its not a hotel or lodge its a marriage hall where they are renting the guest rooms. I booked 3 rooms and the time I checked in the owner/manager asked for an additional amount of 1000. He said "the room price was updated wrongly the OYO regional manager asked us to get the money during checkin if you want to check with the respective site". After checking with the website's customer care. The hotel notified them that "its a security deposit it will return during check out" but i didn't get the money. Speaking about rooms its non AC, no towels provided, no water bottle provided. And there is no drinking water available even if you are willing to pay.

Room, bed is good. But maintenance is poor, no proper cleaning of toilets, no shower. Management wil ask u to pay extra money during check in if u book it for cheap price in oyo.

There is no option to give 0 so I gave 1 Star. Plz I request all of you don't book here it is too far(around 3) from temple n also not secure for families. I have booked room for then I came for check in they demanded 400 extra moreover it's too for from temple n also I feel not safe .

rooms are good but there is no food available and also transportation to srikalahasti temple was hard as they are demanding huge money for autos and most of the people don't even know the location where it is located if ur booking this for room temple u may face some difficulties and if it is casual trip then it is ok

No amenities will be provided as mentioned in Oyo app, cleanliness is not up the mark. Demanding extra amount, even after the full payment was made online.
