This hotel was perfect for our family trip on a budget! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The staff was welcoming and always helpful. By seeing 4 STAR rating in the google, I booked the hotel. It is a hell. Cigarettes smell, Mid night parties, unhygienic bathroom/toilets etc. Do not believe the overall rating given. It is not good for families and decent people

Best place to stay in Kakinada!!!!!! prime location, park view, spacious car parking no sound pollution.. staff and manager were too good and very much interactive and responsive . Strongly recommend for official and family trips, completely good at ambience and service.. Thanks for your best service

DO NOT TRUST MAKE MY TRIP. Google doesn't accept 0 stars, so giving 1 star. Water logged bathroom and suit room. No doormat to wipe after bathing, no dustbin in the room, full of mosquitoes, power cut in the night for 3 hours, very sturdy coir mattress that is spiking. The staff and the "sir" they referred to, cheated us by hiding all these flaws. No lift. 2nd floor suit room. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's actually in the housing society, so people assume it to be good.
