I booked a room in this hotel through OYO for Rs 1710 including taxes. I reached the hotel by 11 pm. The hotel staff demanded extra Rs 500 and said then only they can allow to check-in. They even connected to its owner who also asked to pay Rs 500 extra. As there was no option left as it was late night and also I was along with family, I paid extra and checked in. Rooms were stinking bad smell, there were hair on bed sheets and mats, even floor was sticky and oily. AC was not working properly and not serviced, bad smell was coming. Washroom was very tiny and commode was placed in the extreme corner where nobody can sit properly. Mirrors were damaged and insects were lying in the washroom. It was a horrible experience. I went there based on ratings. Also, the staff at the reception asked to give my mobile for a minute to rate 5 stars. I simply denied and said I will rate myself. This is how this hotel manipulates the ratings, BEWARE OF FAKE RATINGS. ADVICE TO RESTAURANT: Maintain rooms neat, stop demanding extra money for those who are booking via OYO App then customers will automatically give good ratings, don't cheat by posting fake ratings yourselves.

Stay was okay, check in and out was smooth, breakfast was fine. We went for breakfast at 930AM and by then, they had run out of Idlis. We checked in at 11PM, the room allotted to us had a foul smell, which we managed with our perfumes. But then the AC wouldnt work, so they gave us another room. That room too didnt smell good. This was my second stay here. A few things have improved, but the cockroach problem persists. Overall it was an okay stay, considering we were there for just a single night.

Premium hotel to lodge for a day or two. A single AC room at 2700 for 24 hours felt decent, since no hotel is providing rooms for 24 hours. the rooms are spacious, with good interiors & the courteous staff were very helpful. We had a good rest and a peaceful stay at this hotel. They also offer complimentary breakfast here.

Worst experience many times, full salt water, we have booked many times this hotel, it’s never changed, I think all 5 star reviews are fake and they will ask every customer to give 5 star rating..after paying and booked room online, after reaching the Hotel they are saying that, we don’t have deal with oyo and showing concern that, they are giving room because we have 2 small kids after paying the amount for 5 days online, 1700/day.Talking with the customers with raising voice and saying that with concern we are giving room, these 2 things are not acceptable.We requested that ground floor rooms are getting smell(already we stayed earlier) and we want atleast 1st floor or 2nd floor because we are staying for 5 days.

Worst experience ever I had in any hotel I had mistakenly did a small curry mark which is less than coin size , for that they demanded 500/ to pay at checkout which is unacceptable . Provided a kettle in room which is fully rusted and one cant use that by seeing it. Book it in online before you check in directly , if you are checking directly in hotel , they are charging 500/more than online for single day checkout , in online they provide for 24 hrs for less price. They will change their words and rules to pull out money from us , worst ever experienced I faced till now.

I booked a room at this hotel by Agoda for one night for three members. The booking experience was superb. I checked in early. They charged me Rs.500 of early check-in charges. The room was super and ambience was so good. They provided all the amenities they didn’t provided any soap or amenities. The provided the complimentary breakfast which is free and delicious and also hygienic they maintain the room very clean, every thing is fine but they didn’t provide any water bottle in the room for us and the staff behaviour was good but the telephone in the room is not working. Overall it is good to stay at this hotel.

Location of the property is not good. No parking area. Hospitality of front line staff is average. Guests need to pay total amount upfront. They don't bother if the guest is a corporate client. I have already posted this review, but to my surprise it is not appearing here. Not recommending this property.
