Kyriad Vajram Guntur

Dear Management, I am writing to formally address an issue I experienced during my check-in at Kyriad Vajram Guntur. As a regular customer and representative of Corporate Company, I was taken aback by the conduct of your Operations Manager. Upon arrival, I was in a hurry and on a call but made a polite request at the reception for a streamlined check-in process, given my ongoing association with your hotel and my corporate connection with my company. I also mentioned at the reception that if any additional requirements needed to be fulfilled, I was open to being informed right away. In response, the Operations Manager Raju instructed me to fill out an check in form, which I completed. He then requested proof of identification, which I provided. I also informed him that I would make the payment after concluding my call and requested not to be disturbed until then. Despite this, approximately two hours after my check-in, he entered my room unexpectedly, accompanied by another housekeeping manager, and insisted on immediate payment, presenting his personal scanner for the transaction. I went ahead and completed the payment, though the approach felt invasive and unprofessional. Additionally, during my checkout only three hours later, I was informed by the reception staff that there were no vacancies and that this was the reason I was being asked to check out immediately. My concern is that, after paying the full amount of Rs. 2500, why was I required to check out so soon? If there was indeed no room available for the night, why was I granted a check-in in the first place? This experience left me feeling that my loyalty and trust in Kyriad Vajram Guntur were disregarded. As an established hospitality brand, I believe such a response is not in line with your commitment to excellent customer service. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure future interactions align with the high standards I have previously come to expect. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to understanding how this issue will be resolved.

The hotel is very good especially food is delicious. In that hotel staff shima and sushanth hospitality is fabulous 🤩 nice to stay here .I will visit again .untile that miss the food and hospitality. Kyrid vajram is in center of guntur. Happy to stay.

I visited for a birthday party on 24Aug2024. They do not have proper party hall including dining area, wash rooms etc. The birthday party hall is on the 5th floor, which accommodates 30-50 people. The dining area is on the ground floor, they have one washbasin to wash hands and they are kept in toilets. Those toilets are also very congested if one goes inside and the other needs to wait outside. After having food I need to wait in a queue to wash my hands 😉

Its a very nice hotel. The staff from hotel is very polite especially shima and sushant. All the hygiene was maintained overall best hotel in town. Check out timing is flexible and all the facilities are to the top notch. Also very good breakfast.

I visit for my business purpose its a wonderful stay and very comfortable.Great service given by kyraid Vajram staff, break experience was good ms. Seema and Sushant were helped me a lot. Rooms are maintained very clean and their service was too good.

Well maintained rooms by house keeping department and especially Mr Moulali very support and quick response from Moulali I will visit again and again Vajram hotel.good hotel for family or couples and friends and this hotel give best privacy thank you for best service

Hi, I am visiting first time your hotel ambience of restaurant was good |Special panner Ghee roast was excellent 👌and bhuna chicken Briyani so Good but keep look at service,they even didn't respond us seating infront of them|This is just my suggestion

Service in the breakfast section,especially the attention given by Shima,Susan and Srinija is excellent. |Thoroughly satisfied. |Hotel room and ambiance is good.. would recommend to my friends and relatives to prefer Kyria Vajram for their stay here.
