Hotel saigrand

Worst experience ever Cannot give a 0 or -ve rating. Could be rembered as one of the worst hotel ( a den for drinkers and smokers). Don't know where to start describing this place. Reception staff has very rude behaviour Cannot provide even proper drinking water in the rooms. Even if we want to buy bottled water, they don't have them. When asked they provide water by refilling used plastic water bottles. Bathroom and rooms stink with cigarette smoke and very odd odour due to food and drinks from previous guests. Just going near some rooms we get nausea. When asked about bad odour, they simply spray a coat of room freshener and that's it. The attached toilet room door jams and needs and other person from other side to bang and open. Place for breeding mosquitoes Bathrooms have cigarette butts everywhere. Not sure how and when they clean the rooms. Not hot water at rooms. They bring a old fashioned rod heater with stick setting for heating water on a bucket. With all the above imagine the plight of staying with a family and elders. Overall a worst experience of lifetime. We had to stick at this god forsaken place for one unforgettable night stay as we reached late night with family and had no other choice to explore other options elsewhere.

The room is good and well maintained. However, I feel the service provided wasn't upto mark as they wouldn't get the water bottles other needs to the room even after asking them many times. At last we had to collect them ourselves.

Not a pleasant stay. Rooms are not so clean. Toilet is just a class above useless typical bustand railway station hotels. We have seen first time in our life banging our room doors early morning by full team of police and enquiring our where about. And hotel authority least bothered to extend a simple sympathetic sorry. Another bad online booking experience. Booked on line this hotel for two days and i was cahareged full two days amount, even when i checked out after first day night before 12 noon. Over and above hotel management is not ready give me full bill with actual chek in and check out time. I felt cheated. In total very bitter experience. Hotel Sitara is useless hotel to be recommended to any one.

Average hotel. Not upto mark. Rooms are not hygienic. Not at all suggestable to couple or family. Staff is also not at all service minded and no proper response from them. Above all we lost our few things in hotel room. As the are not so expensive We didn't made any issue about those. Finally u can choose other hotels near by this hotel which are atleast hygenic and comfort to stay.

The hotel is located at a convenient place with access to main road, public transport options, eateries, shops and other facilities within walking distance. The rooms are smoking friendly. The hotel is couple friendly too(big plus!). There is no restaurant and you can get only tea in your room. The non AC rooms cost around INR 800 and AC rooms should be about INR 1200-1500. The washroom is not clean. Hot water was not available during our stay. We arrived early and requested an early check in with an additional charge. Initially, they claimed no room was available but later assigned a room on being paid almost double the amount. Not recommended if you plan in advance and have the budget to explore other options.

Budjet lodging. Not far from the rail way station, and well connected with any part of the city, still at a calm and composed location.. Suitable for families, individuals and even corporate accommodations. Happy to have such places in the city itself. The rooms are well furnished. Te services are also good. Very close to some of the best eateries in the city.... that adds to the value of the place.

I don't think management is good at what they're doing.. My experience was too bad with management.. I often visit this hotel but after facing same issues for second time I'm writing this review.. If the management will continue this arrogant behaviour with customers one day it will lose it's reputation..

I book two rooms in this hotel, the wash basin in the bathrooms are in horrible condition. commodes are not cleaned. Commodes are choked. Water is leaked near the bed from the AC. Its a waste of money. Please don't stay in this hotel. They charge excess from the normal cost of food and don't give the bill for the same.
