Requesting the owner to train this guy (Short and lean guy in the hotel) how to behave with the customers. He is suspecting everyone is a Covid patient who ever comes to hotel. He doesn't know how to talk also. stayed almost 10days(Only twice, room has been cleaned, they never change the bedsheets, pillow covers or Blankets). Service can be better.

I stayed in the hotel in room No-202for 2 days from 24/8/21@10pm till 26/8/21 @5:30pm. The rooms are in pathetic condition. .the bed sheets of the room was torn,including pillow covers.. room service is very bad. Telephone lines not working,Internet is not working. The password shared was Golden Park @2345 . Which never gets connected. The lift is so small that 2 people cannot travel . There is no exit route in case of fire. Or other emergency. The size of the stairs is small .

Pros- 1. Value for money (520 Rs. For non-ac single occupancy) 2. Room cleanliness is awesome 3. Location is close to railway station & 2.5km away from Guntur bus stand (30Rs. Via Ola auto). Also you can board buses towards Amaravathi from nearby bus stop. 4. Good quality food options are available nearby. Like Vice-Roy Biryani (worth only for non-vegitarians) & Sri Uday Sankar restaurant (good quality 100 Rs. meals & also dosa) are just behind the hotel. 5. Hotel free WiFi is also good. 250kB/s download speed. 6. All sports channels are available on the TV. 7. Receptionist helps you regarding your transportation for local destinations. 8. No bed-worms or mosquitos. Cons- 1. The hotel name plate is kind of hard to notice during my arrival. 2. Room service is decent. 3. No nearby exotic destinations that worth a visit. Only Big Bazaar is the best option. 4. Lift size is small so if you have lots of luggage then it can be a problem. 5. During peak summer days, opening the windows for ventilation purpose is not a good option if you are in a non-ac room. Hence a little suffocation will be there.

Hotel golden park this is the best hotel to stay for middle class people and it's very near to Guntur west railway station and hear from bus station is only 3 kms and every thing is near to this like food malls theatres shopping places etc in this hotel the room service is soo good and service boys are very loyalty I like this hotel...

It is a nice place to stay except water supplied with used to be crushed bottles and chairs of rusted hand_rests provided. One important thing is one should cautiously rise his hands since the ceiling fan is very near with low roof.

This hotel is in the heart og Guntur. Lift available. Comfortable single and double rooms. Ac and non ac rooms. Veg. and non veg. Restaurents available near by. Budget rates. No breakfast served. Hot water available in the morning hours. This hotel is good just to sleep in the night and go around during the day.

Affordable price ... Walkable distance from main road. There are a lot of shops and a big market is there .Also some great shopping malls like #South_Indian_Shopping_Mall ,#Chennai_Mall, #Swati_Mall are their.
