Rooms are not clean, no basic room setup.. Maintenance is very very poor.. Don't waste your money by booking a room in hotel supreme inn

Negatives 1. You have to pay extra for AC. 2.You have to manage your own food arrangements 3.mosquitoes Positives 1.nearer to guntur railway station walkable distance 2. Good management and well behaved staff 3. There are nearly 4-5 theatres if u interested in cinemas near by it 4.lift is available 5.over speed fan 6.high speed internet 7.Good hotel near by deluxe hotel for vegetarian 8.Rooms at reasonable price 9. King size bed 10. Its very suitable for family and business persons 11.easy access for transports Overall experience is good

Friends avoid this hotel and stay healthy... 🚫🚫🚫🚫 -There were open window and many insects during the night and also hotel people told me to close the curtains. - Bedsheets at worst condition and also no blankets provided ( reason for not providing the blankets due to rain) - No handle for washroom door..if u locked inside its difficult to come out - highly sound pollution (road side) - Many drunk people at hotel (i have stayed in many hotels across the country but not experienced like this) Please look for another hotel near this if you want to stay near the railway station for the below this hotel price For family highly not 🚫 recommend

For a night I have chosen this property by impressing with external look. Stayed at Room no 3 on 10th Feb night. Reluctant front office crew and no single amenities at room and even towel and soap you need to ask, a bottle duped as Bisleri is nothing but tap water. No WiFi/ no intercom/no hot water. Afterwards, I came to knew that they charged 30% more tariff comparing with neighbouring good hotels., sincerely booked through hotel desk only. Whole night heavy sound of lift IVRS, even they won't bother to regulate for avoiding guest sleep disturbances. Patches all over walls even at door. No restaurant attached neither parking zone.|Don't opt this property even emergency. Value for money far extent atleast sleep is not guaranteed. Finally nothing to say about ineffecient AC.

Very nice walkable distance from rly station 5 min only beside this eshwari hotel is there opp theatre wonderful taste have meals over there. Room are full ventilated nice experience next time I'll prefer this. I booked this through goibibo.

Worst service. Rude service people. Uncleaned rooms. They off the ACs during night time n say trip has fallen down when asked.. Like everynight.. They ask us to pay(like tips)for their service people. Last but not least.. Their GST number is also fake.!! There are so many stays nearby which are much much better!

Family stay lodge very near to Guntur Junction railway station and also accessible to Guntur Bus Depo. Staff people are kind enough and impressive in services and gives priority to safety measures for girls. I appreciate their immediate call response for hotel services inquiry and treats customer with gentle respect. Must carry an ID CARD while checking in.
