I ordered parotta through Zomato from this restaurant, but it arrived without any sides like onions or gravy. This was very disappointing, especially since the menu didn’t mention that the parotta was plain and came without gravy. When I reached out to the restaurant for a refund, the manager was unhelpful, saying, 'Go ahead and complain; we can't do anything even if it's our mistake.' This response was extremely frustrating and showed a lack of customer care. Very disappointing experience.

We were here for family function Banquet halls were maintained neatly Food was nice but not that so delicious I think it was worth for the budget functions

In starters chicken Shangri-La is must try and briyanis the rice not so good not so bad But one tng is that quantity they provide is absolutely better than other restaurants

I was attending my brother's marriage in guntur and since i dont know anyone for recommendation, i went on with reviews and booked a room with MMT. Though i got 500 discount, i regret after booking Grand room for 1 night stay. The room ambiance is good but. 1. Toilet flush did not work...very frustrating is i come to know when i am inside bathroom. 2. No Cold water in the shower. I tried moving the hand liver all the ways but no use. This is also same thing. I come to know when i am about to use. 3. Smoke smell when i enter the room . Very poor maintenance. Literally waste of money and i dont recommend for a stay.

It's one of favourite dining places of our family in Guntur. Visited so many times because of the tasty dishes available there. This time also with my wife for lunch on our wedding anniversary. The approach road is not wide as always in Arundelpet except the 4th line. A wide parking place is available just adjacent to this hotel. Non-veg people can happily visit to have a wonderful lunch or dinner. Two function halls are also available where each one accommodate 200-300 people. I attended official meetings and conducted retirement functions here.

I love the restuarent food really very taste Kashmir curd rice taste is awesome family restuarent hotel staff recieving good I suggest to go with family feel good
