This hotel don't provide basic needs like water bottle. Rooms are so tiny and bathroom was worest. Not worthy for 1500/- rupees. In Oyo application these hotel rooms shows as hygiene and spacey but actually it's not. Don't choose this hotel by mistake.

We have planned a birthday party it was worst place to celebrate and serving staff was very lazy to serve. They will think as they provide for free food to people with little amount of food to people.

Below average hotel. No restaurant. Go to the road corner to have cup of tea. Room Phone is of no use. We go down stairs every time to get what you want, that too if lucky. No parking. Rooms are just average. I dont recommend.

I stayed for almost one month. The major problem that I faced was the payment. Their POS machine won't work and they won't get it repaired either. They would insist to pay cash or Phone pay during which our amount got stuck. Also we had to call for towels all the time because they won't put it on their own after room cleaning. Also the landline won't work fine and we had to call reception from our mobile. One day we had to do without towels as it wasn't dry as informed to us.

It was a good experience staying at Hotel Gnr Palace in Arandalpeta,Gunturu. The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative. Receptionist, Stalin and others did their job perfectly. The housekeeping staff also was good.

Receiving Warm welcome to costomers and well maintained good atmosphere rooms are very good & nice as price are also not too high, staff and house keeping also very good, i personally recommend this Hotel GNR PALACE. ONE OF BEST HOTEL STAYING IN GUNTUR.
