Hotel was situated in prime location Arundalpet, Guntur. It's nice ambience in rooms Service good. Easily accessible to all modes of transport to reach Banquet halls available to celebrate the family functions. Parking is problem due to its location. Railway station is walkable maximum of 2 to 5 minutes. More hotels and restaurants available near to this for food . Near to all government offices.

I felt comfortable and satisfied while my stay in this hotel. Don't forget to have Viceroy Biryani right next to the hotel. The staff was really helpful and even available to service at late night. Thanks for the wonderful service 🙂

This hotel is excellent. Rooms good. Room service available. Reasonable rates. Attached Restaurent is vailable. North Indian dishes is there. South Indian Thali not here. Tea and coffee not available. Pulka, palak panneer good taste. Mixed veg curry very spicy. Curd rice some better.

Actually its a zero star rated hotel.. I don't have that option so gave one star 🌟.. Bathroom is worst of worst.. On bed u can find different types of insects.. Please don't go by the name grand.. Nothing grand I found other than vintage lift system..

The worst experience I ever had, rooms not clean and the toilet is very bad don't even stay even if its free I think I don't give even one star to this hotel

my bathroom was a zoo...when i entered these was a squirrel in the bathroom...then later one rat was there...later saw 3 big lizard's in the bathroom....the management speaks lyk some 3rd grade movie don doing overacting...
