Neem Tree Hotel (A boutique stay)

I had booked two rooms for my family after calling your reception in advance to confirm rates and availability. The reception staff advised me to book directly to get the best price, which I appreciated. However, upon our arrival at 8 PM, I was informed that the rooms I had reserved were not available, and they offered me a non-AC room at the same rate, which I declined, requesting the AC room I had originally booked. To my disappointment, they then quoted me nearly double for the AC room. In addition to the miscommunication regarding the room availability, the behavior of the staff was quite unsatisfactory. I encountered rude remarks from the reception staff, which is particularly disheartening given that I have been in the travel industry for over 20 years and have never faced such unprofessionalism. I believe it is essential for the management to address these issues to ensure that no other guests have to experience the same frustrating and disappointing treatment. Thank you

Hotel is okay or i can say good & maintained neat & clean. Location is in main road. Parking is limited for 3 small car in basemetn & in case you are lucky, you can park in front of Hotel which is connecting to the highway but during busy hours might be an issue. Hotel on 3rd floor hence you have to careful while booking based on your convienence. No Breakfast but as compared to the area + room, the cost was higher.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff are polite and helpful. We had to stop via a drive from Mysore to hyd with an infant and pet dog, it was last minute but they were accomodative. They gave us a comfortable room. Ac was good and the geyser had nice warm water for a refreshing bath. Tv has youtube for kids. There s no food but they have a kettle and we can make tea in the room and order food via Swiggy. Will definitely visit again for a stopover. Thank you Mr. Nandu and Mr.Naresh.

Checked in on 01.06.2025 for a one night stay. It's a relatively new property, started in 2023. The rooms are small, around 120 sq. ft., with a washroom admeasuring 25 sq. ft. People with above average body measurements would find it difficult to move around. Other than the size, the AC was fantastic, the beds were very comfortable, the washroom was very clean, electric kettle and sachets of tea/coffee/milk powder were provided. The parking is in the basement and will hardly accomodate four vehicles. There is a petrol pump right next to the property, the market is nearby, and there are a sufficient number of eateries in the immediate vicinity. I would definitely recommend this place.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The entire stay was so comfortable and hassle-free. The caretakers were incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay & budget friendly. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
