Neem Tree Hotel (A boutique stay)

I recently stayed at Neem Tree Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the peaceful ambiance made it perfect for unwinding. While the hotel doesn't provide food, the nearby dining options more than made up for it. The location is convenient and serene, making it a perfect choice for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend Neem Tree Hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Don't go by google's positive reviews. The room is too small, no place to sit or walk inside the room. The washroom was smaller and there was no provision to hang a towel or keep soap. The worst part is the room we took had no wash basin, and the washroom door was not closing properly. Pathetic. Their parking is like a store room...good luck parking your car. The only advantage is the location...there are so many better options nearby. The person at the reception didn't respond for the queries/ complaint. One night is more than enough, never going back again to this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Neem Tree, Ananthapur with my family, and I must say, the experience was quite satisfying. Though the rooms are compact, they are exceptionally neat and well-maintained, which contributed to a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impressive, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of the upkeep of the rooms and common areas. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful addition. The variety of dishes served was quite good, and it catered well to our tastes. The breakfast options were fresh, and it gave us a great start to the day without having to venture out early in the morning. Another aspect that stood out was the parking facility. The hotel offers a spacious basement parking area, which is always a concern when traveling by car. The presence of a well-functioning lift added to the convenience, especially when handling luggage or moving between floors. It's little details like this that made the stay hassle-free. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and restaurants. Though the hotel does not have an in-house restaurant for lunch or dinner, the staff were very helpful in guiding us to good nearby dining options, which was a thoughtful touch. One thing to note is that the rooms, while neat, are on the smaller side, so if you’re traveling with more luggage or need extra space, this might feel a little compact. However, for a short stay or a stopover, it worked well for us. The staff was extremely courteous and always available to assist us, whether it was for room service or answering our queries. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Neem Tree offers great value for money but overshot our budget. Per night stay cost is nearly 3K. It’s a well-maintained property at 3rd floor with helpful staff, good amenities like a lift and basement parking, and a nice breakfast to kick-start your day. While the rooms are compact, it’s an excellent choice for a short stay or a family visit.

The hotel was nice but there are some exceptions.The rooms were nice but they were small not recommended for families. The room they gave me didn't have a mirror,sink& a broken tap so, we wanted them to change the rooms. After changing the 2nd room was pretty good. The service was very nice and the receptionist was very kind to me so I liked it. When I saw the photos in Google I thought It was very big but it was small.

I liked the rooms and the ambiance. The rooms were clean as well but can maintain the washrooms as they were not clean as expected.The service was good.The bed is too small. I did not expect that. The rooms were luxurious but small.there were no chairs to sit and the room is not spacious.the Google photos are not real.

Have been staying last couple of times. The team working there is very courteous/co-operative. This property is very close to Hyderabad to Bangalore Highway as well. Hat's off to Neem Tree Team. Keep it up !!!

The hotel is new and the hospitality of the staff was very good. It is very close to the main highway and the facilities in the room are also good. Had a pleasant stay
