Excellent room. 5 star rated room. Hot water, TV and AC are provided. With one large bed and we took an extra bed. We accommodated with 3 adult and 2 kids

Very clean and well maintained rooms. Bathroom fixtures are top notch. Water pressure is more than adequate. Hot and cold water available. Mosquitoes are a problem in the lobby and lift. But the management provides all-out mosquito repellent for every room. Stairwells require more lighting. Pillow covers need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Reception staff are very polite. Room service is prompt and considerate. The experience is comparable to what you get in Holiday Inn hotels in the US.

Well space and maintenance, classic ambience. One more interesting my marriage was done on this hotel. Good service with reasonable price. Recommended this

The hotel I had previously stayed in shut down and I was forced to relocate. That was a blessing for me since this hotel is much nicer. The Wi-Fi worked most of the time as well as having good AC, satellite tv and a hot shower. The rooms are comfortable once you kill off all the mosquitoes that find there way in while the door is open trying to get moved in. Don’t expect the staff to come in and clean the room daily even if you ask them to the run through and do a quick sweep. All in all I was happy with the stay.

Hotel Location is good and service is quite well. Hotel Owner Mr. Jayanti is very helpful and keep the watch on fine details to maintain the Hotel up to date. I stayed there for business trip around 10 days but never felt uncomfortable for even single day. Very good staff and management. Only restaurant facility is needed to make complete residence for northern region traveller. Keep it up. I will surely visit and stay again for my next visits. Thanks for the good service

It was an excellent stay. Very co-operative staff and owner too. But, there is definite room for service improvisation and basic complementary breakfast and Tea/Coffey. Suggestion: Please provide faculty of kitchen as well since customer can not rush every time outside for tea/Coffey and for food.
