We stayed for two days and our stay was too good. The hotel environment and their friendly staff, good ambiance and service are good. The front office staffs were friendly and polite who helped us with sight seeing tips in Amalapuram. Sure will recommend to my friends and colleagues and also visit during my forthcoming trips.

I had a good and worst experience when I stayed at this hotel . The first stay was in the month of May , I booked a room which included breakfast and during the month of May there was a breakfast buffet served by 7:00 am and everything was cooked and prepare early in the morning . The staff were very friendly and made sure we got everything that we ordered . My second visit was in the month of July and I had booked the same room with breakfast because of the previous experience I had , but the staff must’ve been changed and I had a terrible experience with the morning breakfast section . The breakfast buffet was not arranged and Breakfast was brought to my table and it was not at all good They didn’t serve fresh breakfast They gave us food from the previous day Just kept the bonda’s and gari in the micro oven for 5 mins and served us Even after asking for few dishes they’ve ignored us . Ordered dosa and they didn’t bother to tell me if the dosa was being prepared or not . After waiting for 30 mins I had to leave the dinning area The coffee was horrible So was the tea . The food ordered through room service was also not upto the mark . The room was good . In a village like amalapuram providing a stay like this is appreciable but when it comes to room service , they need to work better

When visited abcd food court they started independence day after the flag hausting distributed sweets to every guest with flag. Decorated very well with the theme of flag colours. Staff was very polite and friendly. One word about restaurant was marvelous.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and efficient check-in process. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was simply stunning. Good stay 😊
