Krishna Vatika Home stay

Wow Hymalaya experience! Stay with local family in the mountain to have a real experience. I stayed in Krishna but there are several local families offering warm welcome, guided by the same organization. Please just call them to check for availability instead of book online to prevent corporates seizing a part of their income :) Of course you don't need to but I loved the fact that I've learned how to make chapati, milked a cow and filtered Dahl. The food they make is delicious (you get a lot!) and the surrounding where you live in is just breath taking. Of course the facilities are minimum (simple bed, simple shower etc) but that is all part of the experience. Several hike short and long are possible and I feel like a child again playing with the children. Highly recommended place!!
