These are only 2 rooms with beds. No drinking water, poor bathrooms, high risk of tiger like animals as no compound wall, no staff to reach out to ask anything, not even a security guard. Actually I would rate it ZERO or complete waste of money.

Best jn place to visit while going to haldwani or nainital. Its a nice place. Garden sitting. Bonfire and much more. Room was too good. Room owner is very polite and good in manner.
