Kubal Homestay, in Malvan Sindhudurg

This is a very nice place to stay, the rooms are also nice. A beautiful place for a quiet rest. Vairi, Tarkarli beach are just 10 to 15 minutes away. Subhash Kaka and his son Ashish Ghadigaonkar, who are there, guided us very well and treated us like home. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom were also very good. If you come to Malvan, definitely come and stay at Kubal Homestay, that too at a very reasonable price. A very nice experience🎄🏡🌊,🙏

Very co-operative Person Mr Subhash uncle and calm family. Tastey food and specious rooms. We enjoyed the stay at Kubal's homestay. Really Best in Malvan for stay As compares Devbag and Tarkarli.

If you are foodie and want to taste seafood, visit this place and it will give you a perfect malvani flavory and will not disappoint you. Stay and food both are reasonable. Best in hospitality (कोकन ची मान्स साधी भोळी) i personally felt it. Rooms were good and I noticed bed sheet were washed on daily basis, which gave a good hygiene vibe.

I searched online, could not find any reviews. Visited website and called up. It was last minute call, as I called at late night to book very next day. But I could get room.||||We wanted to visit Tarkarli beach for water sports and also wanted to relax for some time. Beach is only 20 min drive.||||Very peaceful location. Small house next to owner's house in the same compound. built for homestay. Non A/c but conformable.||||Owner is very helpful and polite. Veg and Non Veg Breakfast, Lunch and dinner available next on request. It can also be delivered.||||Only Available for Families and couples. Smoking outside and Alcohol and pets NOT allowed.||||Very Economical and quite relaxing.

Very near to Malvan beach, market and Shindhudurg fort. Room quality is very nice well furnished. Sufficient and clean space around building covered with natural trees.

Firstly - Being from the hospitality sector myself and at a superior level , I definitely know the in-depth analysis of how hospitality industry works and it's defining moments .|This so far has been the most engaging , homely and a simple yet fantastic hospitality ever witnessed by me for 3 days ( Felt like 7 days though ) Mr & Mrs.Kubal the owners are simple yet the most welcoming people in town . As I'm heading back home , I felt like having being knowing them for years and feeling a sense of pain in leaving my family behind , because they have given us the sheer atmosphere of staying back at your own den .|Rooms - Simple , budgeted and really cheap in terms of the facilities provided .I felt they charge very less for the family touch and the smiling , warm hospitality provided .|All the necessary facilities are provided - Shower , AC ( upon availability) , Seating Chair .||Food - This definitely can be marked as 110/100 .( Additional 10 for their charming smile ).|They made me feel in Heaven and brought the entire Malvan Food to our rescue , Definitely thumbs up to Mr.Sachin ( C/O Food & Meals) and their lovely family for such a tasty n mind blowing treat every day of our stay .|** Prawns was just amazing and the best ever preparation I had even after exploring Konkan , Goa , Mangalorean cuisine.||The bottom line is - It's Simple budgeted but don't miss the opportunity as they will give u an amazing atmosphere with their smiling and ever ready approach to welcome you with authentic hospitality . Definitely Home away from Home and for all the travellers or planning a trip to Tarkarli - Do stay here as they have the best faces n Hearts in Town . My parents have felt n enjoyed the amazing time back here .

Nice place to stay Reasonable rates. Food quality is good. Bit far from beach. It's great if you have your vehicle or rented bike.
