We had an amazing experience staying at Khot Holiday Homestay on our Tarkarli trip. Location of this property is very good and easily accessible from main attractions in the city. Rooms are very clean and service is great. Food is cooked freshly and served as per the orders. overall great experience. Highly recommended.

What an absolute delight to have chosen this place! It was very welcoming and felt just like home. The family looking after the place were so warm and friendly, we never felt out of place. They fulfilled every demand of ours when it came to food, beverages and any help we needed. In fact, my son who had never tried crab, wanted to eat one and she wholeheartedly accepted and cooked for him. Not only did she cook but also taught him how to eat crab and removed the flesh for him and served him. The place is just 5-10 mins away from dandi beach and all the other beaches were in 15-20 mins proximity. Her son even helped us with the contact details of the person for water sports and it was a smooth process. Over all, i would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home away from home and enjoy the most delicious home cooked food that we did not get even in the restaurants there. They serve authentic fish thalis, chicken and veg thalis, tea, coffee, poha, upma, sheera and every dish was finger licking good. It is not a 3 or 5 star hotel and nor are the rooms that luxurious but its worth every penny if you are looking for an affordable, clean and cozy place with loving and welcoming people.

Its a good place to stay. The ambience and food is really good. The rooms are are very well maintained.The people there are very co-operative. Must visit the place.

Good convenient Location if you are looking for Devbag, Tarkarli, Malvan, Chivala tourism . This was very calm stay and room was clean . Welcome was very homely . Khot family is very polite and food provided was very nice.

Location is really great to roam around मालवण and देवबाग and तारकर्ली..hosts also serve delicious home made food
