Yogiraj Home Stay

This is the best and most safest home stay. Owner is polite and very helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and washrooms are hygienic. This has ample parking space and have lot of trees in garden. It's not that far away from beach. Must consider this if you are planning to visit this location.

Washrooms were properly maintained. Wifi speed is 20mbps which is fine. Parking space is there for 4-5 vehicles. Hot water is also available. The beds were only for two people but you can get mattress with pillow and a blanket. The issue was the curtains in the rooms which kept falling due to the loose rings, and the wifi range doesn't come for the room at the top. Overall the service is good. Also if you're willing to stay here then it's 150 m before the location given on maps

Not worth staying at this place for vacations. It is far from the beach. The nearby beaches are deep and not very safe. The rooms are okay but you will not get all the privacy and freedom needed since owner is staying in the same building. Also the charges are very high for stay. You can get decent rooms at any beach side resort with same charges. They also do not have food service and you are not allowed to eat inside the room. They can only give you morning tea but again the charges are very high compared to outside. I would not recommend this place to stay.

Avoid unless its last hotel in Malvan, Far Away from Malvan, hardly you wil get auto to travel and in return difficult to get auto. Auncle was very polite while we came as we did 1 day booking for 4 rooms and they were expecting all 3 days stay at their place. when then got to know about our 1 day stay his behaviour got changed. No proper service, not even soap or towel in room. He intentionally switched off all rooms A.C's at midnight 2. He was so rude while our checkout. Even if this is the last hotel left in malvan, dont go ther. 1/10 Then we had our next 2 days stay at Sai Home Stay Malvan. Superb Service given by Mr Sumit, Clean room, pleasant atmosphere, near to malvan market, chivla beach, opp to Sindhudurg fort and beach.

Goood stay for big groups secluded and pleasant surroundings. Only negative is no food available within the premises. You have to go outside to eat or even have tea.

The Uncle is very polite and the rooms are spacious enough to fit in 5 grown men. Cheap and super close to all the famous spots in Malvan

Uncle is very rude... not worth place to stay ... no proper services available ... far away from market and beaches ... Don't visit
