Ystay Home stay

Deceptive. Booked what was called a single room but turned out to be a one bedroom in a 2 bed room flat. It is NOT an independent room. It said there was a TV, but this was in living room and not it the room. So, one has to stay in one of the bedrooms in a 2 bedroom flat and basically stay with a stranger. The bedroom is pretty small. This should have been clearly mentioned on the website. I refused to check in as I did not feel comfortable in staying with someone random people. Also, the concierge is not like anything in the website, it is run down and terrible , with no one right there but a phone number one has to call. I booked through Agoda, they were not helpful at all in resolving the issue given the discrepancy of what is in the website and what was at offer , rather were hands off and simply didn’t care. There is a lot of construction material strewn around the property. What is on the website is much different on the ground. Had booked for 11 days, but didn’t not stay for a day.

The homestay was really clean, well maintained and had ACs that cooled the summer heat extremely well. The location was great and so was the value for money. Definitely recommend this place!

Not even responding for calls, worst service. I waited for 1 hour but no one is there at the home stay. Even after attempting several calls, the person is rejecting the calls. Do not choose this home stay.

बिलकुल भंगार हॉटेल, बोगस सर्विस, पिनेका पानी नहीं खरीद लाये, खाने को कुछ नहीं, फ्री मे भी मत जाओ. पुहुंचे तो एक आदमी नहीं. रिक्षावले को पत्ता मालूम नहीं. यहा रेहना मुसीबत झेलना, पैसे बरबाद. 30/7/25. दोपहर 2 बजे गये थे. ऑनलाईन पैसे भरे थे. मोबाईल लगतां नहीं, नंबर बराबर नहीं. मलिक को कस्टमर कि जरुरत नहीं. श्री. चंद्रशेखर, पुणे.

Absolutely junk hotel, bogus service, did not buy drinking water, nothing to eat, don't go even if it's free. When I reached there was not a single person. Rickshaw driver does not know the address. Staying here is a hassle, money wasted. 30/7/25. Went there at 2 pm. Paid online. Mobile does not ring, number is not working. Owner does not need customers. Mr. Chandrashekhar, Pune.
