Such a wonderful hospitality and surroundings. Nice view from the room and very calm inside and outside. Also affordable rates and the owner girish is very understanding in nature and respects, greets us with a very positive attitude. He was such an understanding guy that i had an exam even after our checkout time but spared us to give extra 2 hours outside this hours with no charge. Liked the stay and overall felt happy about stay and all.

A perfect place to stay in tirupathi. Host is wonderful and the rooms are clean and tidy. Every single amenity required is readily available in the room. Kids loved the place.

Ideal location and very neatly maintained apartment. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Excellent service and reasonably priced. I will definitely prefer to book with them again in the future. Highly recommend this place over hotels.

The rooms are pretty good and spacious. Very clean and homely feeling with attached double bed room, gas stove, sofa, 2 king size beds in both bedrooms. Location is quite far from city Except that every thing is fantastic

Calm and decent neighbourhood. Maintained clean and tidy. Two bedroom flat with AC and hot water facility. Kitchen with gas stove available. Very nice vegetarian Hotel Spring within 200 mtrs. Very close to Tiruchanur and few kilometres from Tirupati bus stand. Mr. Giriraj is a genuine thorough gentleman and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Apartment is good and recommended for the people who needs a peaceful stay with family. Location is near by bypass and convenient. Springs restaurant is very near by so can get good food. Hosts Giri & Kishore were very helpful and nice people.

Very friendly homestay with amazing service and security!Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Located near bypass and surrounded with good restaurants.Such a peaceful place i can say.And i would like to recommend this place!👍🏻

It was a very pleasant stay, we felt like home, very good service no disturbance at all, we arrived early morning Mr.Giri was very polite and helpful. Affordable home stay.
