Staff behaviour and facility - 0/10 AC wasn't working, receptionist asked us to wait for some time as electrician was called. When AC did not work even electrician tried to fix it, the staff person instead of apologising asked us more time to fix it or asked to checkout(by this time we had hardly spent an hour at that hotel and we had paid entire charge in advance). We said okay give us our money back, we'll leave to which he refused !! After having an argument him for 2 hours, he just refunded Rs 200 out of Rs 4000 which he charged for that filthy room. They have showed very pathetic behaviour to us which I never ever want to face again. Cleanliness - 0/10 The room was in a very bad situation, gutka spitted all over the walls, cupboard was broken and outside area was stinking very badly

Rooms are very dirty and unhygienic and charges are equivalent to a 3-4 star hotel but this hotel didn't fall even in 0.5 star category. Hotel staff is also very arrogant, they didn't hear a single words from the customers and are ready to fight till midnight. The lady sitting in the reception seems like a local goon who has the capacity to argue with you for 4-5 hours. Take a room there at your own risk only.

Worse experience ever. Don't look ratings all those are fake ratings we got scammed here. Even 200 rupees is more for these kind of rooms. Dirtiest toilet Dirtiest pillow bedsheet and blankets. No soap in toilet attached bathroom and toilet which size is 5×3 feet we can't fit properly. Worse of the worse. Genuine reviews. There is no. Such option to rate negative otherwise I'll rate it in negative

The worst place I have ever seen in my life. My whole trip to Varanasi had gone terrible just because of this place. The room was in pathetic situation, gutka spitted all over the walls. Very bad behaviour by staff and owner.working and outside area was stinking very badly. This palce is most dirtiest place in varanasi. Smoke of burning dead body coming to rooms directly.

I am ABSOLUTELY sicken by the condition of the rooms. This is what modern day scam looks like. DONOT fall for the pictures you see online as they don't do justice to the inhumane living conditions that persisted here. I visited this 'guest house', if you can call it that, last month with my family and had to leave on our own the very next morning due to the ghastly atmosphere of the place. The sheets, bathroom, floors and walls!! There is nothing that i can say that might make it seem livable. Although the people seemed nice at first, it's definitely not worth your precious time or money! You are much better off at any place other than this. I hope the pictures I share helps your decisions.

Worst experience ever, the hotel staffs are rude as hell and denied my check in through Oyo,when I asked the reason they said my aadhar is not in proper format. They said they can give a room for extra charge of 1000 rupees. Thankfully Oyo refunded my money, beware of such cunning people. PS they are bengalis

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, Ganga View Rooms...but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Owner Mr. Kishan Bhasin is incredibly helpful and generous with his time and advice. He has guided me a lotin everything...This was one of the best hotel in Varanasi... Thanks for making our visit in Varanasi that much better.

This is the worst hotel/ guest house in varanasi, i recommend never go there. The room are not clean, bathroom don't work properly. And staff are not trained how to talk to costumers. It show wrong picture of there room on Oyo to.
