Location wise is best place to stay, it's nearby to all the ghats, with a view of Kedar ghat you can get and awesome view of Ganga. Rooms are neat and clean and they have food. Service as well. The staff were good and Polite overall and good experience, just the terrace was not functional ( due to construction work).

I came to this hotel at night, bear in mind that cars and tuktuk don’t reach this hotel location due the city structure, it is very in the gahts, so if you have heavy luggage you will need to walk with it. I ordered food to the hotel and the manager helped me to handle it to receive and deal with everything, very assistive, when his duty was gone, he left another staff in charge, so they really take care of their guests. The hotel has a high quality compared to other hotels I stayed in India, Varanasi is my 3rd city. The room was recently renewed and has a good bed and new air conditioning as well clean and new toilet. The only issue is that the kept working in renewing the rooms on the 5th floor whole day and whole night, so it was very construction noise whole night, was hard to sleep. But since I understand it is for good, I don’t complain, just bear in mind you might hear this noises. The tv in the room has Youtube, facilitating the relaxing time. November 2024.

Very costly room. We were charged Rs 4500 per night (without taxes) for a four bed room. This room has a very noisy window AC. No view of river from the room. Moreover, we were instructed to get our tea from the outside. Service is below the average.

The owner of this hotel gives wrong information and totally misleading to the customer (guest) and the staff here is also very rude and non cooperative even the didn't help you to carry your luggage and on top of all this things they didn't even refund your money at any circumstance by giving plenty of reasons not recommend to any one please find some near by hotel and guest house with much supportive staff and genuine pricing and beware of fraudsters like this.
