Hotel rooms are good and well maintained. Good location. It is value for money. However customer should note the below before booking. - Their check out times are very strict. You have to check out 12:00 PM. Even they are not allowed for 30 minutes extension. You have to keep your luggage at reception if you expect any delays due to crowd for Darshan. - Room Boys demands Tip from check-in to Check-out for all services. No offense in paying tips to them , but demanding from beginning to end is not comfortable especially when we are tired after long travelling. Also their expectation in high.

Great Location & Clean Rooms The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, though rooms are compact. Location is perfect — buses to Tirumala stop right outside, and stunning hill and waterfall views can be enjoyed from the room. Breakfast is basic (idli, sambar, mini dosa), so I recommend skipping it to explore the many excellent restaurants within 100–500 meters. Fantastic value for the location and convenience!

Pretty decent hotel to stay in. The location is approximate for people visiting Tirumala. The rooms are fine. Don't expect any toiletries or any freebies. The cot and matress is good but the bathrooms is a bit let down.

Rooms are good. But staff looks underpaid, every one asks for tip and recovers it even by gpay. Giving tip for waiter, housekeeping etc should not be compulsory and if two persons are given money should be sufficient,to my dismay, it was very annoying. Every staff behind extra money. Also received xerox of invoice.. Original bill was not given.

Very much unpleasant experience, they have charged whole days tariff for two hours of stay, without any communication or information given from their end. Kindly look into the matter. Hotel KVP Golden Inn

Nice location and good resturants nearby . Hotel rooms were clean and good TV and wifi. Service was not good . Below average service but will keep asking tips. Reception person was not very co operative and attentive. Not welcoming.

1. Location is good 2. Check-in and checkout time policy is good. We checked in at 9 pm and got checked out time 7 pm next day , not sure this is every time or not. 3. Manager Madhu should improve his behaviour towards clients. He is not Soft spoken and rude at the same time. 5. Recommend for sure because of prime location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The rooms were not only clean but also very spacious, for everyone to feel comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Daily room service was always prompt and satisfactory, keeping everything neat and well-stocked. A special mention to the manager, Mr. Madhu, who was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, a great place for a family stay! Highly recommend.
