地处市南区西部老城区，离火车站比较近，三面环海，闹中取静。此外，旅舍的公共空间很大，娱乐设施及酒吧餐饮非常齐全，尤其是二楼的阳光大平台，晒个太阳，真舒服！走了几天，感觉在青岛老城区，这样的带独立院子，而且阳光充足的店真的不多了，不错，推荐给各位朋友。

最后从booking.com预定的，这家青旅还是很有特色的，老板人也很nice。尤其是酒店的餐厅，据说是一栋100多年历史的老楼，木地板走起来，嘎吱，嘎吱的，老有历史的感觉了

Very few negatives here! I added one of the staff on WeChat, who spoke fluent English, and she helped us with pretty much everything while we were here. The rooms are somewhat basic, but has what you need to survive for a few nights, ie, a bed, a shower and very good air conditioning. The laundry service is available, but I would advise going to the nearby dry cleaners; they wash and press your clothes pretty swiftly. |There are a few restaurants and pubs within walking distance (I highly recommend the 1903 bar, a 5 minute walk) and some decent restaurants. |If you’re one to look for negatives, then it’s a little far from the good beaches of Qingdao (which are 15 minutes in a taxi), taxis are a little harder to get than, say, Yantai or Beijing. |But, I must say that the overriding thing here is how good the staff are. If you’re looking for somewhere that won’t break the bank and has a little more character than the chain hotels, I’d recommend coming here. We’d happily come back.

Awesome budget dorm. |I say awesome, not of the facilities but coz of the price. Whatelse could you expect for a 5$ dorm! Bedding could have been cleaned well. Not sure if it was cleaned. Staff speaks no English, so better to make use of translator. It's mostly Chinese guests occupying the hostel. The washroom facility is ok, with limited cleaning on daily basis. Hot shower is available throughout the day. DiY laundry by the washing machine. Wi-Fi was terribly slow. Room is secure with electronic pin lock. Locker inside the room is available. 1.5 km from the Qingdao railway station. There is an wet market which opens in the morning is around 150 mts away. Limited food options available. More food options available around the saifung road or the east exit from the railway station which is 2.5 km away from this place.

很棒的经济型宿舍。|我说很棒，不是因为设施，而是因为价格。5 美元的宿舍还能指望什么呢！床上用品本可以清洗干净。不确定是否清洗干净。工作人员不会说英语，所以最好使用翻译。这家旅舍的客人大多是中国客人。卫生间设施还可以，每天清洁次数有限。全天提供热水淋浴。可以用洗衣机自己动手洗衣服。无线网络非常慢。房间配有电子密码锁，很安全。房间内有储物柜。距离青岛火车站 1.5 公里。大约 150 米外有一个早上开放的湿货市场。餐饮选择有限。西丰路或火车站东出口附近有更多餐饮选择，距离此地 2.5 公里。

青島駅から徒歩約１０分で、周囲にレストラン、スーパー、一番などもある便利なエリアにあるユースホステル。ちょっと古さは否めないが、部屋は悪くないし安いです。ブッキングドットコムでの予約でしたが、ファミリーユースの広目の部屋で６泊で12000円弱。鍵はオートロック暗証番号式、部屋清掃も失礼ない感じで居心地良かったです。２０１８年４月時点でキッチンは使用できない状態で、それは残念でした。バス停も目の前にあります。

这家青年旅舍距离青岛站步行约10分钟，地处便利位置，附近有餐厅、超市等便利设施。虽然略显陈旧，但房间还不错，价格也合理。我通过Booking.com预订了一间宽敞的家庭房，六晚住宿仅需不到12,000日元。房间锁采用密码锁自动上锁，房间清洁彻底，舒适温馨。截至2018年4月，厨房已停止使用，令人失望。旅舍门前就有一个公交车站。

I will start with the positives because the owner of this place is lovely. Mr Lu was so approachable, helpful and friendly at all times. My boyfriend slipped in the shower and broke the toilet seat and Mr Lu would not accept payment until we insisted. He connected with us on wechat so that we could ask any questions as the other employees do not speak English. Mr Lu was kind enough to let us use a washing machine.||Unfortunately this is where the positives end. We have been in China for 6 weeks and this was the most disappointing hostel we stayed at. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom which hadn't been cleaned. The sink was covered in tooth paste and the toilet had skid marks in it. The communal area near reception was closed a few times because the employee that ran it was asleep. The wifi was awful. Children are left to run and shout all over the hostel. We had to move rooms because the air conditioning unit started to leak and I was told we had to wait 2 hours but when my boyfriend checked again a room was available. We asked to check out early as our friends were in Shanghai earlier than expected and Mr Lu said he would refund 2 nights stay minus a deposit paid on booking.com and this would be available on check out. When the time came, another employee said there was no cash and that we would receive the money by wechat. Luckily this person had enough of his own money to reimburse us.||We seemed to encounter problem after problem here so aside from the friendly owner I wouldn't recommend this hostel.

我先说优点，因为这家旅馆的老板很可爱。卢先生非常平易近人、乐于助人、待人友好。我的男朋友在淋浴时滑倒，把马桶座弄坏了，卢先生不肯收钱，除非我们坚持要钱。他通过微信与我们联系，这样我们就可以提问，因为其他员工不会说英语。卢先生很好心地让我们使用洗衣机。||不幸的是，优点就到此为止了。我们在中国待了 6 周，这是我们住过的最令人失望的旅馆。房间很脏，尤其是浴室，没有打扫过。水槽上沾满了牙膏，马桶上有防滑痕迹。接待处附近的公共区域关闭了几次，因为管理它的员工睡着了。无线网络很糟糕。孩子们在旅馆里跑来跑去，大喊大叫。我们不得不换房间，因为空调开始漏水，我被告知我们必须等 2 个小时，但当我男朋友再次查看时，发现有一个房间可用。由于朋友比预期提前到上海，我们要求提前退房。陆先生说他会退还两晚的住宿费，但会扣除在booking.com支付的押金，这笔钱会在退房时到账。到了退房时间，另一位员工说没有现金，我们会通过微信收到钱。还好这位员工自己带了足够的钱，可以退还给我们。||我们在这里似乎遇到了一个又一个的问题，所以除了老板很友好之外，我不会推荐这家旅馆。

We had booked a dorm for six, but upon arrival at 3:00pm we were told that they had given our room to some other people and that they had tried to ring us to tell us of this betrayal. Nowhere on booking.com or their own website does it say they will do this. We ended up having to pay extra for a room because they didn't have any others. They were rude to us and didn't help much with trying to solve the situation. Rude, unhelpful and greedy, avoid this hostel.

我们预订了一间六人间宿舍，但下午三点到达后，被告知他们把我们的房间给了其他人，并试图打电话告知我们这一背叛行为。Booking.com 和他们自己的网站上都没有提到他们会这样做。最后，我们不得不额外支付一间房费，因为他们没有其他房间了。他们对我们很粗鲁，也没有提供太多帮助来解决问题。粗鲁、冷漠、贪婪，千万别住这家旅馆。
