环境非常好，位于敔山湖边上，真正湖景，安静宜人，适合放松度假。惟早餐差强人意，咖啡壶坏了两天也不修，牛奶也不是热的，建议改进哈~

The best aspect of this hotel was the lake view which was lovely. The breakfast was good and there weren't too many people at this time.

Booked in here at last minute due to not being able to stay in the booked hotel due to police computer network link (or lack of). This hotel is one that aim at attracting foreign travellers as well as Chinese nationals.||||Firstly let me say that the room we got was booked by a local business and we got it at a discounted rate that would not normally be available to somebody booking on-line through a travel agency etc. I will review the hotel though as if I was paying full price for my stay as most people reading this review will do. Having said that, most of the ratings other than value for money would remain unchanged.||||Parking area at the hotel entrance level is minimal (about 16-18 cars) although there is another car park (free) a little way off. Unfortunately the route from this car park (at night) is poorly (not) illuminated and the steps to the hotel are irregular height differences and distances apart, quite dangerous without a great deal of care. Having to carry suitcases up here during darkness would be very hazardous.||||Main entrance door is just two huge pieces of what looked like chipboard wood, almost as if the doors had been smashed and boarded up, which open to a square "room" with similar "boarded up doors" sytle doors on the other 3 walls. There are no signs guiding you to where the reception is at (straght ahead).||||Check-in was smooth, foreign credit cards (visa) are accepted, AMEX is not.||||Room are not numbered sequentially for some strange reason and so you have to hunt for your room by checking every door until you find yours. There is no porter service noted at any time here and so you have to find your room and carry your bags yourself.||||The room we had was very nice, with a lovely view over the lake. Sink area was very small and hardly any room for the wife's bits and pieces. Quite why it was so small is unknown as there was plenty of room for it to have been larger on the left hand side.... only think I can think of is that they thought it looked better eqally spaced in the centre of the space available and couldn't move it anymore to the right as it would have blocked access to the shower. ||||There was a large bath in the room that you can sit in and look out over the lake as well as a shower and toilet in seperate cubicles. One thing my wife commented on that although the bath was very deep, there were no handles to hold to help you in/out of it and was potentially dangerous without a great deal of care.||||There were two sets of shades on the windows, one thin to reduce the brightness from the sun and a second set of thick blackout ones. Both sets were electronically operated from switches by the bed or by the door.||||One of the big things in the hotel, remember they want to attract foreigners, is that EVERYTHING is in Chinese only and no English translations, so all buttons, knobs etc all had to be worked out by trial and error..... and there's a lot of them!||||There is a small fridge which is great, we filled it with our own drinks from a local supermarket. There is also a large safe, which a) you have to be on your hands and knees to use, and b) is not secured down so any thief could just walk off with it anyhow!||||There is a kettle and also a coffee machine (2 pods only, no Engish desription, instructions etc). However, both are nowhere near a socket to plug them in!||||The area around the kettle is a recess and GREAT care has to be taken when leaning into this area as a sharp corner is immediately above you head!!!!||||Maintenance is obviously not something they check regularly, both the batteries in the safe and in the bathroom scales were flat.... we only asked for the safe ones to be changed though!!! When we called for them to come to sort the safe out, we had to call many times for them to come and do it, very slow response.||||The room was horrendously hot! The AC was set to 5 Deg C but never got below 22 Deg C on one cooler night, generally being around the 25 Deg C. When asked why the AC was so poor (my wife is Chinese and so could ask) we were advised that an AC unit was broken and so only working on a single unit. Personally I believe this was a lie and the hotel AC was set to a higher level as Chinese are more comfortable with it, to save money. When it was hot, during the day, it was NOT comfortable to be in the room!||||There is a good selection of cables available in the room for laptop (network and HDMI cable) and a multi charge for mobile phones. There is a pop-up electonic panel on the desk with all types of connectors on it (multi connector mains, HDMI, network, USB etc) but NONE of them are connected - so what's the point in having it!!!!!||||Breakfast is aimed completely at Chinese guests, although after 5 days, when more westerners appeared, some bacon actually was put out. There is sliced bread to put in the slowest toaster in the world but it is the American type, horrendously sweet! Sometimes there is no bread out and you have to ask. Eggs can be requested and it took almost a week to train the "chef" into cooking a sunny side up egg that wasn't 90% raw! Tables are set for Chinese and if you want a knife/fork (for buttering and eating your raw egg on sweet toast) you have to ask... done by hand gestures as nobody in the hotel appears to speak English. Tokens are delivered to your room daily which you have to take with you to present to get breakfast.||||Staff thruough out the stay (remember my wife is Chinese) seemed friendly and tried to do their best to assist where possible.||||I've rated the "How expensive" section of this review as LUXURY as the full price (not the discounted rate we paid) of this room in my opinion is excessively so, especially as there are far better and far cheaper other options available within travelling distance.

由于警方计算机网络连接（或缺乏）而无法入住预订的酒店，所以在最后一刻预订了这里。这家酒店旨在吸引外国游客和中国公民。||||首先我要说的是，我们得到的房间是由当地一家企业预订的，我们以通常无法享受到的折扣价入住。有人通过旅行社等在线预订。我会对这家酒店进行评论，就像我为住宿支付全价一样，就像大多数阅读这篇评论的人都会做的那样。话虽如此，除了物有所值之外，大多数评级都保持不变。||||酒店入口层的停车位很小（大约 16-18 辆汽车），尽管稍远还有另一个停车场（免费） 。不幸的是，从这个停车场（晚上）出发的路线照明不佳，通往酒店的台阶的高度差和距离不规则，如果不小心的话，非常危险。天黑的时候提着行李箱上来是非常危险的。||||主入口门只是两块看起来像刨花板的巨大木头，几乎就像门被砸碎并用木板封住了一样，通向一个正方形“房间”，其他 3 堵墙上有类似的“用木板封住的门”式的门。没有任何标志引导您前往接待处（正前方）。||||入住很顺利，接受外国信用卡（签证），但不接受美国运通卡。||||房间没有按顺序编号一些奇怪的原因，所以你必须通过检查每扇门来寻找你的房间，直到找到你的房间。这里没有任何时候提供行李搬运服务，因此您必须自己找到房间并搬运行李。||||我们的房间非常好，可以看到美丽的湖景。水槽面积很小，几乎没有空间放置妻子的零碎物品。为什么它这么小尚不清楚，因为左侧有足够的空间可以变大......我唯一能想到的是他们认为它在空间中心均匀分布看起来更好可用，但无法再将其移至右侧，因为它会阻塞通往淋浴的通道。 ||||房间里有一个大浴缸，你可以坐在里面俯瞰湖景，还有单独的隔间里的淋浴和厕所。我妻子评论的一件事是，虽然浴缸很深，但没有把手帮助你进出浴缸，如果不小心的话就有潜在危险。||||上面有两套遮阳帘。窗户，一扇薄薄的，以减少阳光的亮度，另一扇厚重的遮光窗户。这两套设备都是通过床边或门边的开关进行电子操作的。||||酒店的一大特色是，记住他们想吸引外国人，一切都是中文的，没有英文翻译，所以所有按钮、旋钮等都必须通过反复试验来解决......而且有很多！||||有一个很棒的小冰箱，我们在里面装满了我们自己从当地超市买的饮料。还有一个大保险箱，a）你必须用手和膝盖着地才能使用，b）没有固定，所以任何小偷都可以带着它走开！||||有一个水壶，还有咖啡机（只有 2 个咖啡包，没有英文说明、说明等）。然而，两者都没有插座可以插入！||||水壶周围的区域是一个凹槽，倾斜到这个区域时必须非常小心，因为一个尖角就在你的头顶上方！ ||||维护显然不是他们定期检查的事情，保险箱和浴室秤中的电池都用完了......不过我们只要求更换保险箱！当我们要求他们来整理保险箱时，我们不得不多次打电话让他们来整理，反应非常慢。||||房间非常热！空调设置为 5 摄氏度，但在凉爽的夜晚从来没有低于 22 摄氏度，通常在 25 摄氏度左右。 当被问到为什么空调这么差时（我的妻子是中国人，所以可以问），我们被告知空调装置坏了，因此只能在一个装置上工作。我个人认为这是一个谎言，酒店的空调设置得更高，因为中国人更舒服，为了省钱。白天天气很热的时候，呆在房间里不太舒服！||||房间里有很多可供笔记本电脑使用的电缆（网络和 HDMI 电缆）和手机的多充电电缆。桌子上有一个弹出式电子面板，上面有各种类型的连接器（多连接器电源、HDMI、网络、USB 等），但它们都没有连接 - 那么拥有它有什么意义！！！！！！| |||早餐完全是针对中国客人的，虽然5天后，当更多的西方人出现时，居然放了一些培根。有切片面包可以放入世界上最慢的烤面包机中，但它是美国类型的，甜得可怕！有时没有面包出来，你就得问。可以要求提供鸡蛋，但花了将近一周的时间来训练“厨师”烹饪一个 90% 不是生的单面煎鸡蛋！桌子是为中国人准备的，如果你想要刀/叉（用于在甜吐司上涂黄油和吃生鸡蛋），你必须通过手势来询问，因为酒店里似乎没有人会说英语。代币每天都会送到您的房间，您必须随身携带以获取早餐。||||整个住宿期间的工作人员（记住我的妻子是中国人）看起来很友好，并尽力在可能的情况下提供帮助。| |||我将这篇评论的“多贵”部分评为“豪华”，因为在我看来，这个房间的全价（不是我们支付的折扣价）太贵了，尤其是因为还有更好、更便宜的其他房间旅行距离内可用的选项。

Hotel bello, in buona posizione, camere ampie e ben fornite e con un ristorante molto buono. Il problema è il Wifi assente, o che non funziona, ed il personale che parla poco inglese. Letti scomodi.

不错的酒店，位置优越，房间宽敞且设备齐全，还有一家非常好的餐厅。问题是无线网络没有，或者不能用，而且工作人员不会说英语。床不舒服。

위치는 완전 별로없어요. 호텔 근처에 식당, 편의점 전혀 없어서 차가 없는 외국인에게는 비추합니다.그래도 가격이 좀 비싼만큼 시설은 깨끗하고 특히 수영장이 마음에 들었습니다.

位置绝对没什么。酒店附近没有餐厅和便利店，所以不建议没有车的外国人入住。虽然价格有点贵，但是设施很干净，特别喜欢游泳池。
