I have stay here for 2nights on 13&14 January 2024 following a tour. It was a very bad experience of the reception service here. Their attitude was very bad. My friend say that he just have small souvenir from the front desk and he ask me to get it so I went there and ask if I can get the small gift that is ready at the reception there that have a word thank you there. The reception is very rude and arrogant say that I can't have it and this thing I need to pay for it. I really feel hurt of her attitude and word. Actually it was a thank you gift for the customer and no price tag there. Maybe she can use a better way to talk with us but she treat me like a beggar. My heart really feel hurt, I have never treat like this before even at the hotel is smaller than this. There was no choice if following the tour to this hotel but I'll never consider to booked the hotel under Ibis in future. Bad management.

Roomy accommodations, clean and helpful staff. Breakfast included was ok, with not many Western options available, what was not an issue for me but can be an issue for other travelers. Location is relatively far from city centre but nearer to the Ice and Snow Festival venue.

宽敞的住宿，干净且乐于助人的工作人员。包含的早餐还可以，没有太多西式选择，这对我来说不是问题，但对其他旅行者来说可能是个问题。位置离市中心较远，但距离冰雪节场地较近。
