호텔위치는 좋아요.梵净山에 가기 편해요.주차도 멀지않은 공용주차장에 넣을수 있어요.환경은 너무 시끄럽고 어수선해요.침대시트도 보송하지 않고 약간 축축해요.세면대에서 물을 버리면 하수구로 역류했다가 시간이 지나면 내려가요.헤어드라이기는 고장나 똑바로 서질 못해요.븥잡고 겨우 말렸어요.커피나 커피잔도 없어요.조식은 맛이없는데그나마 늦게 가면 먹을게 없어요.호텔이라기엔 부당해요.

酒店位置不错，去神山很方便，可以把车停在不远的公共停车场，环境太吵，床单不软，有点潮湿。如果你把水槽里的水倒掉，它会流回下水道，然后排掉，然后我的吹风机就坏了，我几乎无法站起来把它吹干。没有咖啡或咖啡杯。早餐不好吃，但如果去晚了，就没有东西吃了，这对于酒店来说是不公平的。

Although a good location and a nice room, the hotel is not equipped to host foreign guests. There is a lack of willingness to help. When you ask for help in booking a taxi, they give you a number and tell you to do it yourself. This is not the service I expect from a hotel at that price. I have never encountered a hotel so unwilling to help in any way.They did not help us to buy tickets for the mountain (which considering they are next to, is the one service they should provide! Every other hotel we have visited on our tour has helped us with attraction tickets). Foreigners cannot buy tickets without a Chinese ID. However, the hotel insisted we buy advance tickets, so we got a friend to help us instead. This was the wrong information: we were able to buy tickets on the day and could not use a friend’s ID! It is unacceptable to have such little information about the one tourist site next door; the only reason guests are staying in this remote location. Our check-in also took longer than usual, and breakfast is apparently a ‘tour group’ style breakfast voucher. All in all, a disappointing stay. However as the hotel has a great location and nice rooms, this is easily fixable.
