LinZhi Joy Crown Resort hotel

I picked this hotel for its many good reviews (on another platform) and that the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, e.g. the washroom comes with 2 wash basins and a bathtub on top of a shower. There was another small wash basin in the independent toilet cubicle. 2 humidifiers in the room, one of those was floor-mount and it looked something like a fireplace, a nice and soothing decor. We are a family taking up 4 rooms. They'd place a snack box with drinks every afternoon, snacks like local sweets and fruits, and refill it every day. The best part of the room was that it came with oxygen supply. Though we were lucky enough to spare the use of it, I know this is quite important for people with altitude sickness.||The best part of our stay was the service. They had assigned a manager to take care of us during our stay. I'm not sure if they assign a "butler" to every group of visitors, but ours was certainly a great help. She gave us useful advice on where to go, helped to reserve table and organize complimentary activities (included in our stay package), and airport pick-up and drop-off. On our arrival to the airport, the hotel had dispatched 2 staff to pick us up, giving us hada (a local way of blessing and welcoming visitors), setting us right into enjoying the Tibetan atmosphere. In addition to the lady manager, her other colleagues in the lobby and front desk were all courteous and friendly, and they were such a young team.||The restaurant served buffet breakfast / hot-pot dinner as well as à la carte. The selection was rich and thankful for us because we could not tolerate spicy food which was too common in the restaurants outside. The price was reasonable too.||The souvenir shop on the ground floor was another gem, which may easily go unnoticed. The commodities were tagged at a fair price, in fact, they were the cheapest we know from all the souvenir shops in the city or among the tourist districts we visited. All the more, what is more convenient than shopping downstairs.||We stayed for 6 nights feeling well-pampered and satisfied. There are only 2 issues I'd suggest improvement. One is the hot-water system at the shower. It was not easy to control the water temperature and it took some getting use to. Another is the housekeeping team, as sometimes they might forget to replenish, say, conditioner / lotion, or a hand towel less. But then, they were quick to respond when we asked for something. Besides, they've done their core job, the rooms were neatly organized and clean.

這是一家位在西藏林芝新區的新酒店，距離林芝市區有些距離，由於位在新開發區，週邊仍有新的工地建設中。|由於位置稍遠離市區，週邊只有一家小型商店，生活機能欠完善。|房間面積很大，迷你吧提供免費飲料，也提供一些零食。床頭也提供三合一的USB插座。|浴室寬敞，地面為大理石建材，雙洗手台設計。淋浴間外，亦有浴缸及泡澡的浴鹽，其他備品完善。|酒店另一個特點，房間內雖已提供六瓶瓶裝水，但在電梯外的梯間桌上，額外提供瓶裝水。|早餐豐富，選擇多樣性，以中西式餐食呈現，小缺點是咖啡機僅有一台，易造成塞車。|工作人員有一定的水準，專業到位。

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard. The service was excellent. We were offered welcome snacks and there’s a great variety of food for breakfast. They even offered hingjingtian drinks to sooth altitude sickness. It was all very thoughtful.

房间宽敞干净。酒店有一个漂亮的庭院。服务很好。我们收到了迎宾小吃，早餐的食物种类也很丰富。他们甚至还提供了景甜饮料来缓解高原反应。这一切都经过深思熟虑。

整体素質非常好，房间设施達国际五水準，卫浴設備都是国际名牌。服務更是贴心，做到关心旅客所需，能及时给予幫助。让旅客体会到它管理的核心价值，就是以客人为本的精神。尤其前台李兴发经理，急旅客所急，熱情地为旅客解决趕列車的问题。我相信这是一家擁有良好核心价值文化的度假酒店，祝愿酒店可秉持这良好的管理传統，走向世界。

早餐是自助餐 款式非常多 水果蔬菜超級新鮮也可以自己嘗試做簪粑房間很乾淨 服務周到 絕對五星等級服務人員都很nice 酒店裏的伴手禮店也很多元化 而且價格合理 服務也是非常好 推薦！

房間亁淨舒適，酒店設計美觀，贈送的圍爐煮茶很有特色，晚間還有服務員秋秋和方方特別準備的熱薑樂和銀耳糖水，非常貼心。總括就是超值。
