敦煌沙州驿国际青年旅舍

西北一行就走到了甘肃最西端的敦煌，住进了一家新开业2个礼拜的青年旅舍，环境不错，干净舒适，大厅是简约明亮的宜家风格。实木的桌椅，窗边的花花草草还有一些小物件看得出老板是个很懂生活 的人，多人间的床很特别，据说是老板自己设计焊在房间的，爬上铺是没有声音的~！嘿嘿

It's reli convenient that they do provide 1 day tour to the western travel route in Dunhuang. The location is quite convenient, although we cannot find a bus (there should be but need to wait), take a taxi, for RMB15 you can get to the Mingsha Mountain and the Crescent Moon Spring (in the same location) RMB30 to the tourist center of Mogao Caves or the train station. The hostel also provides shuttle from the train station for just RMB5/pax. The staff do speak English, but not very friendly. Anyway there'd be a good and convenient stay.

确实很方便，他们提供敦煌西游线路一日游。位置还算方便，虽然找不到公交车（应该有，但需要等），打车，15元就可以到鸣沙山和月牙泉（同一地点）游客30元莫高窟中心或火车站。旅舍还提供从火车站出发的班车，每人仅需 5 元人民币。工作人员会说英语，但不是很友好。无论如何，这将是一次美好而方便的住宿。

This Hostel is pretty much like any other hostel. Basic dorm rooms and friendly staff. They don't speak English that well so prepare yourself. The hostel can also help you with booking an overnight desert camping with camel trekking. The location is ideal, it's right next to a bus stop and a few Muslim restaurants and a convenience store.

Fair price and clean facilities. Also a big common room are the assets of this place. The only thing is that they barely speak English. But it worked at the end. I would definitely come back to this very clean hostel! Get some of their fresh yogurt there, it tastes super great!

Not great value for money. Reception lady was sultry and very surprised for an YHA International hostel. I am sure this will improve. Map location was also not correct but made edits with the hostel to avoid future travelers getting lost like I did. but again not very motivated. maybe just a bad day for them. take the address in chinese with you. this is correct.

Well it's good to start a journey in Dunhuang here!Room is clean and tidy, near to the downtown. Postcards delivery is available here, 5 RMB each.One thing I have to mention about is that hotwater here is not 24-7 as it uses solar water heaater.But overall it's good enough for recommendation.
