新装修的酒店，房间味道比较大，但是设施还是比较齐全了，卫生也是比较干净的。酒店的前台还是可以的，服务挺好的，有礼貌，都是面带笑容的服务。附近吃饭也是比较方便的，它是在工业区的酒店，污染比较大，不过出行还是比较方便的。而且这里比较清静，这个是我喜欢的了。

硬件不错，那个卫生间的卫生，还有淋浴这块都比较好，卫生间吧，第一个看起来就比较整洁，干净，而且装修的档次也比较高，然后还有房间里的水壶，很多酒店的水壶是塑料的，我不喜欢塑料的，它的这个水壶我感觉比较好，酒店也经过重新的装修，装修这方面感觉也没有太大的味道。如果到那边去办事还可以，就是离兰州市主城区还有20多公里，离市区可能比较远。服务也就一般，不是特别专业，在餐厅吃饭的时候，感觉人员就不是很专业。

Recently on business in Lanzhou. There are many international chains in the city center. Unfortunately my business was close to this hotel and commute to the city center would be 1-2 hours so I stayed there. First, the hotel will tell you they have internet. They do NOT. They have a cable connection but it is totally unreliable. Staff spoke essentially no English. Not a criticism, but if you do not speak Mandarin you are not going to be able to communicate questions or issues. The room was adequate but not totally clean. On check-in, hairs in the bathtub and many on the carpet which did not improve through the week. I like a firm bed, but this was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. It was more like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was adequate, again, very Chinese though they did cook eggs. Dinner was also adequate and the menu was printed in English so you could point. If I had to do it again I would probably endure the long commute and stay at a recognized chain, primarily because I have to have internet. Staff attempted to be helpful but language was such an issue it was hard to tell.

整个配置都是按照四星级以上的弄得，环境不错。服务各方面都是比较不错的，配套的一些餐饮也是比较不错，早餐的花样也是比较多，吃的口味儿也是比较好，这里要是用中餐还有一个餐厅，我没有在这里吃过，但是经过这里看过，这里人不是很多，但是用餐环境还是比较好的。房间里面有什么需要打个电话，他们也是比较及时的给送上来，前台哪里还会预备一些雨伞，要是遇到雨天的话，还是比较方便的。交通也是比较好，出行办事也是比较方便。

太吵了，隔壁房间的声音就跟在装修似的，一会电锯响，一会又钻墙，我就打电话去投诉，服务员说没办法在装修，然后就调了个房间，但是无论调到哪个房间，那个房间总是在装修，然后我也没有看到谁在装修。房间也没有什么特色，无论是双人间、单人间还是套房都是一个样子，并且都不能上网，这点不是很好。酒店地理位置对我来说还行，我们去那招生，从宾馆到西北师范大学走三四分钟就到。床非常好，全都是木板床，连垫子都没有，够硬了，我比较喜欢睡硬板床。

I stayed at this hotel one week for business. The room was adequate. Food in the restaurant was fair. Service good but be prepared not many staff speak English. The main problem was the internet. The hotel advertises they hae internet but it is completely unreliable. Bad news if you have work to do. If I had to return I would make the commute to downtown Lanzhou where there are many other hotel options.

I have been unfortunate enough to stay in this hotel on many occasions over the past 6 years due to the business I work with using this hotel as a corporate option.||||The staff have always been polite but they are unfortunately working in a hotel that is in a steady decline and are therefore unable to offer the service they would like to.||||The food menu in the Western Restaurant has not changed in 6 years and the quality of the food is average at best. The speed of service is slow and it is very rare that everyone at the table will get their meals delivered at the same time and often others have finished their meals before yours arrives.||The buffet breakfast is primarily Chinese with very few low quality Western options. Regularly the buffet breakfast is not served due to lack of guests in the hotel so you have to order off a basic a la carte menu.||There is no bar in the hotel so if you want a drink you have to go to the Western Restaurant and order a beer and then sit in the lobby and drink it. The lobby is almost always in darkness (due to what I can only assume is an energy saving scheme) and not heated. The restaurant closes at 10pm so you can not get a drink after that time.||||The rooms are of a decent size. The beds are clean but extremely hard. The rest of the room is dirty and the carpets are never cleaned (I have been there for weeks at a time and the carpets have never been vacuumed during my stay)||||The shower over the baths are poorly designed which causes the bathroom floor to be flooded every time you take a shower.||||The hotel is very close to an oil refinery (within 5 minutes walk) which means there is a petroleum smell in the air all of the time which means it is very unpleasant to have the window open in your room.|| ||If you check out early in the morning you will often find the front desk staff asleep on the chairs in the foyer.||||Overall this is a poorly run hotel that is in desperate need of investment.

新建的五星酒店,各方面整体感觉蛮新的,硬件各方面到位。房间舒适度感觉不错,配备的设施不错。服务会弱一些,主动性需要提高,客人在前台的行为如抽烟,服务到位的话会马上放烟灰缸,有一些废纸会清理,服务培训需要提高。位置还可以,在西固区的中心。
