兰州七里河大桥希尔顿欢朋酒店

Hugely disappointing. The hotel undergoes a renovation which doesn’t explain why the current state of the hotel is not being supervised, with crashed glass roof over the main entrance, wholes in the wall at the reception and the elevator entirely dirty with stained floor. I have arrived with heavy luggage that no one was helping me to get out of the car nor to take up to the room. Room was just fine, some stains on the carpet and smell of cigarettes. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. There was a letter apologizing for disturbance due to the renovation but as I said, no one seemed to care to supervise the hotel to minimize the side effects of renovation. The staff was nice. Location is not too interesting, barely view over the river and nowhere to walk to, you have to get didi to get downtown.

非常令人失望。酒店正在进行翻修，这并不能解释为什么酒店目前的状况没有受到监督，主入口的玻璃屋顶已经破碎，接待处的墙壁全部被毁坏，电梯的地板也被弄脏了。我带着沉重的行李到达，没有人帮我下车，也没有人帮我搬到房间。房间很好，地毯上有一些污渍，还有烟味。浴室很干净而且维护得很好。有一封信对装修造成的干扰表示歉意，但正如我所说，似乎没有人愿意监督酒店以尽量减少装修的副作用。工作人员很好。位置不太有趣，几乎看不到河景，也没有地方可以步行去，你必须坐滴滴去市中心。

The rooms are fine but the walls are paper-thin, soundproofing is non-existant and not only do you hear every door closing in your corridor, I was woken in the morning by my neighbour's TV. They never had it on loud at all but it may as well have been perched on my pillow. Very, very bad oversight by Hilton in the construction stage. ||||No disposable razor in the bathroom and no bar soap, not even the small one you normally get for the sink. Internet was the slowest I have experienced for a while. ||||There is a room service menu with very limited western dishes featured and none of them are staples such as burgers, steaks etc. Breakfast buffet had absolutely nothing for the western guest which was a shame as even the addition of bacon and some bread that doesn't taste like cake would have helped and allowed for toast, bacon and eggs. ||||I was very disappointed. The best thing about it is the location as it is right by the Qilihe BRT stop so connections to downtown (mainly the 131to the main train station and 15 to five streams mountain buses).

I booked a two night stay using my hilton points through hilton website. Hampton inn offers 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Upon checking in, I noticed the room was much smaller than I expected and the windows were partially blocked by advertisement panels outside the building. I then asked the front desk if I can stay only 1 night instead. The front desk agreed after consulting with the manager. I checked out after the first night. However, Hilton refused to refund the points for the 2nd night. I filed service request with hilton headquarter and called the hotel. Neither are willing to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Average hotel situated within walking distance of the river and parks. Room on 15 floor, small and fairly clean. Bathroom small but useable. Staff good and breakfast adequate. Overlooked construction site .Only a three star hotel.

一般的酒店，步行即可到达河流和公园。房间在15楼，比较小，还算干净。浴室虽小但可用。工作人员很好，早餐充足。被忽视的建筑工地。只是一家三星级酒店。

I just spent one night at the hotel, and the staff was very, very helpful. Thanks again to Shi Yanyan and Shengnan at the reception desk for their help ! Also, breakfast is very good & rooms are great.

我只在酒店住了一晚，工作人员非常非常乐于助人。再次感谢前台施艳艳和胜男的帮助！另外，早餐非常好，房间也很棒。
