酒店位置不错.环境优美.景色宜人；客房卫生干净整齐，服务员热情周到，一楼餐厅美食很多，大堂布置的非常好，饭后可以去黄河边散步，入住感觉真好。下次来了，还是会继续入住兰州皇冠假日酒店，超赞！

The Crowne Plaza Lanzhou is doubtless one of the best places to stay in town; its location is not exactly central but taxis are not expensive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-maintained, though the air-conditioning, regulated to 21 degrees, never lowered the temperature beneath 28 degrees during the four-night stay, and the windows could not be opened. Smiling is not a strong point among the staff on the ground floor, which suggests to me that smiling is not part of local custom (there appear to be almost no foreign guests), or the hotel management does not encourage it. Any foreigner who tries to speak Chinese gets very odd looks, though the staff’s knowledge of English is not that great either. We are definitely not in Shanghai here. That being said, the concierge desk can arrange for a reasonably-priced car to go to the Yellow River Stone Forest (a kind of walk-through Grand Canyon that Genghis Khan is supposed to have crossed with his troops) that is well worth the visit - once the staff have grasped what and where it is. The “Persia” restaurant on the fourth floor is a little strange, as it does not even try to serve Persian food, but halal dishes from the Chinese north-west. If you ask for a table in Chinese at the door, the staff member turns to her colleague and, with a giggle, says that she doesn’t understand… The service is inept and they try to fob you off with ordering on-screen (highly unhygienic, and it is surprising that the experience of the pandemic has not made people realize that these screens are vectors of disease – quite apart from the fact that they are illegible. No hand sanitizer offered.). One would be tempted to have a glass of red wine with the meat (the food is OK), but one runs into the out-dated Chinese habit of selling wine only by the bottle… It should also be explained to the staff that, when they have arguments in the kitchen, they can be heard in the adjacent dining room. Not a great success of a meal. The buffet on the ground floor is probably a better bet, though the offer is limited. Breakfast is very strange, as hot water for tea becomes intermittently unavailable (in China!) and several other items (bananas) disappear and have to be requested. The lobby bar does not keep cold beer (despite the 30 degree heat outside); I tried pre-ordering one a day ahead, but even that failed. The refrigerator behind the bar is used for storing, not cooling, beverages…?!!! The solution systematically offered was to put ice in the glass before pouring. If I were the management, I would send everyone for a shake-up on a staff enthusiasm and logical thinking course. It is astonishing, as Crowne Plaza runs some perfectly worthy establishments in China, but clearly the local mindset generates a certain measure of resistance.

兰州皇冠假日酒店无疑是城里最好的住宿地点之一。它的位置并不完全中心，但出租车并不贵。房间宽敞舒适，维护良好，虽然空调调到21度，入住四晚期间温度从未降到28度以下，窗户也打不开。微笑并不是一楼工作人员的强项，这对我来说这表明微笑不是当地习俗的一部分（似乎几乎没有外国客人），或者酒店管理层不鼓励微笑。任何试图说中文的外国人都会显得很奇怪，尽管工作人员的英语水平也不是很好。我们这里绝对不是上海。不过，礼宾部可以安排价格合理的车去黄河石林（据说是成吉思汗率军穿越的步行大峡谷），非常值得一去- 一旦工作人员掌握了它的内容和位置。四楼的“波斯”餐厅有点奇怪，它甚至不尝试提供波斯菜，而是来自中国西北的清真菜肴。如果你在门口要一张中文桌子，工作人员就会转向她的同事，咯咯笑着说她听不懂……服务很无能，他们试图通过屏幕点餐来欺骗你（非常不卫生，令人惊讶的是，大流行的经历并没有让人们意识到这些屏幕是疾病的载体——更不用说它们难以辨认了。）。人们很想来一杯红酒配上肉（食物还可以），但人们已经过时了，中国人只卖瓶装酒……还应该向工作人员解释一下，当他们在厨房里吵架，隔壁的餐厅里也能听到他们的声音。这顿饭不是很成功。一楼的自助餐可能是更好的选择，尽管提供的服务有限。早餐很奇怪，因为茶的热水间歇性地不可用（在中国！），其他一些物品（香蕉）消失了，必须要。大堂酒吧不提供冰镇啤酒（尽管外面30度的高温）；我尝试提前一天预订，但还是失败了。吧台后面的冰箱是用来储存饮料的，不是用来冷藏的……？！！！系统提供的解决方案是在倒酒之前在玻璃杯中放入冰块。如果我是管理层，我会让每个人都参加一次员工热情和逻辑思维课程的改组。令人惊讶的是，皇冠假日酒店在中国经营着一些完全值得的酒店，但显然当地人的心态产生了一定程度的阻力。

兰州皇冠假日酒店靠近黄河边，周边环境秀美。酒店内设施设备先进，一进酒店大堂就能够感到酒店服务人员热情周到，服务细致入微。卫生干净整洁，值得推荐！

网上预订了酒店玫瑰主题房，入住后体检感非常棒！别具一格的各种玫瑰花让人心醉和沉迷，我太高兴了，房间卫生干净整洁，服务员态度热情周到，大堂餐厅美食多多，周边环境优美，值得推荐。

酒店位置环境不错，在房能看到美丽的黄河美景，客房干净整洁，服务周到热情，酒店设施设备齐全，在酒店的五楼有健身房和游泳池，在一楼西餐厅也能吃到正宗的兰州拉面，值得推荐

我们一家人入住酒店后，感觉非常好，客房卫生干净，服务员热情周到，从房间里面就能看见黄河，景色宜人；大厅餐厅环境好，美食种类多，大人和小孩吃的都可以自由选择，客梯卫生干净，总之是一次不错的入住体验，值得推荐！

我听朋友说这家酒店不错，所以选择网上预订，到洒店一看果然如此，每个服务员态度都特别好，房间卫生干净整洁，个性化服务做的好，细节方面做的也可以，大厅卫生干净，周边环境优美，可以随时去黄河边散步，餐厅美食丰盛，真的是一次不错的旅行，点赞！
