御泉大酒店

服务态度都挺好的，空调是中央空调，不能开冷风，我们就让服务员拿了个电风扇过来，速度都还挺快的。酒店配套也都挺好的。酒店不提供早餐的，附近吃饭的地方都还是有的。酒店挺好找的，乘车打车的话都知道御泉大酒店，名气还比较大的，交通也都很方便。去火车站的话坐车呀都有公交车直达的。价格还是偏高了点吧。我们人比较多，在里面感觉比较热，他们空调只能制热不能制冷，就觉得不太好吧。

感觉还可以吧，有提供免费额早餐，八点半到十点。交通还可以，不是很拥堵，处在比较繁华的一条街，对这家的整体印象很好，早上比较吵，早上不知道有什么人在敲门，隔音还可以，一晚上二百六十八，价格偏高，这个酒店比较好找，是家老酒店，去年重新装修过的，风格是中式的，比较普通，会向朋友推荐的。

酒店原来好像是国有的，现在被私人承包了。房间感觉还行，空间比较大一点，隔音效果还行，住得比较舒服。服务还可以，效率还不错。这里有提供早餐券，但我没有吃早餐的习惯。

酒店的位置一般吧，两次回去的时候都是等了很长时间红绿灯，交通太堵塞了。房间设施还是不错的，满温馨舒适，热水器也不错大大的喷头出水力度够大，很安静也很卫生挑不出毛病

I booked this hotel through Ctrip after seeing the good reviews and pictures. Athough I read some of the reviews that stated customer service needed to be improved, I thought it wouldn't be much of a issue. I had came to Chenzhou to see my girlfriend and she stayed with me during my stay.||||As I arrived at night, the hotel looked nice from the outside. However on first entering the hotel I noticed no one came to assist us with the luggage. After finishing check in, I remarked upon this and and they said the bellman stepped out and would be back. At the time, I didn't ||||I stayed at this hotel for 7 days in the deluxe room. I gradually began noticing how horrible this hotel was. ||||The housekeeping is the worst I have ever seen in any hotel. The maid would forget to stock certain things like slippers and bath amenities. I had to call each time for a couple days to get them to bring me new slippers. The first time I called, they initially refused it to me saying only a pair a day until I explained I was staying for several days. The maid also never vacummed the floor. I could tell because the food crumbs on the floor were there the entire duration of my stay.||||Almost every time I called for service to my room, whether it was delivering slippers, asking for a bowl and chopsticks, etc was extremely slow. I had to call back a second time for each request or they would never come.||||The smoking is obscene at this hotel. While it is China and smoking is everywhere, this was extreme. Many guests smoked in the elevator itself. While it was clearly labelled no smoking, they apparently didn't monitor the camera inside the elevator. Cigarette smoke even permeated into my room at night one time. When the maid finally showed up, she suggested opening the window. I said it was cold outside and absurd to suggest that. She then said she could spray the room with the bottle of air freshener she had. I balked at that because I knew the smell would be even more disgusting. I had no choice but to open the window for the night.||||The room is poor. The outside of the window is so dirty due to not having been cleaned that it was nearly translucent. The bathroom was small and the bathtub hadn't been scrubbed in a while. The bathtub clogged up shortly afterward. One of the beams in the closet was broken. None of the electric sockets in the room acceped a three prong plug from the US. The hotel didn't have an adapter. ||||The amenities at this hotel is almost nonexistent. While it is advertised this hotel has a ping pong room, exercise room, and business center, I found out that these no longer exist. Instead there is a business conference room and foot massage. ||||The lobby is unheated and the public bathrooms on the ground floor were out of service throughout my entire stay. They directed us to the 2nd floor bathrooms. The toilets were squat toilets which is surprising for a supposedly 4 star hotel. ||||They block off the driveway in front of the hotel during most of the day so it was incredibly annoying to take a detour around it.||||They also will not call a taxi for you if you need one. The front desk is unhelpful. When I asked for restaurant recommendations around Wuling Square, they said they didn't know and told me to search it myself.||||By the 4th night, I had enough and wanted to switch to Xiongshen hotel and only stayed because it wasn't convenient for my girlfriend to go to work.||||In some aspects even Hanting hotel better than this hotel. At least Hanting has consistent service and quality. ||||As to the surrounding of hotels, there are two supermarkets near the hotel. There are two bakeries and one KFC close to the hotel. But there is a dearth of restaurants around the hotel. There are a few small eateries around but no decent restaurants. You have to walk at least 10 minutes or take a taxi to get to those restaurants. ||||It can be incredibly hard to impossible to hail a taxi in the evening after 4 and only gets getter after 7pm.

酒店位置在一个十字路口边上，车流量太大，如果自己开车的话，很容易堵车，但是选择公交车、出租车的话还是可以的。服务的话不是很迅速，如果打电话到前台要个东西什么的，总是要等半天才能送过来，效率不是很好。

酒店设施有的已经很陈旧了，墙纸都有霉变现象。床不舒服，房间隔音太差了。唯一满意的就是酒店的水了。但几天前看到御泉酒店上电视被曝光服务员用毛巾擦马桶。

住过后感觉非常不错，有正综的广式早茶，口味不错，房间卫生很好，购物方便，在房间有温泉可泡澡，服务态度还不错，大堂比较好。
