We enjoyed our stay at Hetianwan Inn a lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. We got free water everyday when we left or came back to the hotel. The staff was able to answer all our questions regarding how to get to the Nationalpark, the hikes etc. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were even guided to the restaurant by them.

我们在和田湾客栈住得很愉快。员工非常友善热情，乐于助人。每天我们离开或返回酒店时，都会收到免费的饮用水。他们解答了我们关于如何前往国家公园、徒步路线等所有问题。我们还询问了餐厅推荐，他们甚至亲自带我们去了餐厅。

Absolutely perfect ! The boss helped me for everything single detail of my stay (where to go shopping, where to eat, tickets to the national park…) She was kind and generis and the room was as expected, spacious and clean. I recommend a 100%

完美！老板娘帮我安排好了住宿的每一个细节（去哪儿购物、去哪儿吃饭、国家公园门票……）。她热情友好，房间也如预期般宽敞干净。我百分百推荐！

Room was big and clean. They gave me fresh towels and toilet paper daily. It's a family run business and they live there as well with their 2 small children. Very lovely and hospitable. It's about a 15min walk to the lower cable car station which is fine and 20mins drive from Zhangjiajie West Railway. The only thing I can fault was its pretty loud (but fine for me when I wore my ear plugs) and the shower is over the toilet (but thats not even that bad) I would stay here again.

房间很大很干净。他们每天都给我更换毛巾和卫生纸。这是一家家庭式旅馆，他们和两个小孩也住在这里。非常友善热情。步行到缆车站大约15分钟，很方便；开车到张家界西站也只需20分钟。唯一不足之处是有点吵（不过我戴耳塞后就没事了），而且淋浴间在马桶上方（但这也不算太糟糕）。我会再次入住这里。

We had a short but really good time here. Very friendly family oriented place which was located perfectly for our needs (close to the cable car, bus and train station). Whatever request we had the owners helped us with everything :)There were some noise during night from outside as it is located in a neighbourhood. Overall I can recommend!

我们在这里度过了一段短暂但非常美好的时光。这里氛围温馨，非常适合家庭入住，地理位置也完美契合我们的需求（靠近缆车、巴士站和火车站）。无论我们提出什么要求，主人都会尽力满足我们 :) 由于酒店位于居民区，晚上会听到一些噪音。总而言之，我强烈推荐！

We like this family own hotel very much, their personal touch services are superb. They take care of us like family member. Giving good advice and ensure we have enough time for our High-speed train. The location is excellent for people who wanted to visit Tien Men Shan. Easy to get goods around the hotel.

我们非常喜欢这家家庭式酒店，他们的服务非常贴心周到，待我们如家人一般。他们给了我们很多有用的建议，并确保我们有足够的时间搭乘高铁。酒店位置优越，非常适合想去天门山的游客。酒店周边购物也很方便。

The location is perfect- only 10 mins walking to the Tianmen cable car station. The family is very welcoming and helpful. Maybe a tool to clean up the bathroom after the shower would help.

地理位置绝佳——步行10分钟即可到达天门缆车站。房东一家非常热情好客。如果能提供一些淋浴后清洁浴室的工具就更好了。
