很好， 房間乾淨衛生，鄰近景點相近，如張家界國家森林公園和魅力西湘大劇場，老闆娘十分親切介紹附近的美食和景點，十分滿意

18年国庆的时候去的张家界，刚下火车那会给酒店打了电话咨询了乘车的路线，很细心的告诉我们具体应该怎么走。酒店的位置真的很方便。很容易可以找得到。在这边要说的是国庆的时候人真的很多。炒鸡多的人。但是我们很幸运的是可以找到一个好的酒店可以告诉我们具体哪天走哪部分的景点。出发的时间都跟我们规划好了，我们在国庆的时候完美的错过排队的高峰。酒店的房间都是实木的装修，卫生很好，洗手间空间比较大。最后还要谢谢前台的服务员帮助我们预定景点的门票。有时间还会住这家酒店。

Fantastic family run Inn with the most amazing staff and they speak good English and were super welcoming. As others have said they will help you with anything all you have to do is ask. They arranged tickets for us to the park, gave us food recommendations and helped us with a bus back to the train station. Only thing to note for western travelers is that the beds are quite hard which is expected at small hotels in china. Shower pressure was great, aircon did a good job of cooling the room down and the room was clean. Added bonus is that there is a washing machine on the top floor which is free to use. I would definitely stay here again.

这家家庭式旅馆非常棒，员工热情友好，英语也很好。正如其他住客所说，他们会尽力帮助你，只要你开口询问即可。他们帮我们安排了公园门票，推荐了美食，还帮我们预订了回火车站的巴士。唯一需要注意的是，床比较硬，这在中国的小旅馆里很常见。淋浴水压很足，空调制冷效果也很好，房间也很干净。更棒的是，顶楼还有一台免费洗衣机。我肯定会再次入住这家旅馆。

I have no words for how lovely this experience was. My partner and I don't speak any Chinese and despite our best efforts to research Zhangjiajie and the area beforehand, we were incredibly clueless. The hosts graciously explained everything to us via text and went above and beyond with maps and screenshots to ensure we understood the area. They would book tickets for us beforehand and recommended us places to go and so on and so forth. One of the hosts also spoke excellent English which was an incredibly pleasant surprise!! Besides that the room itself was amazing and very beautiful. The room was also very clean. I can't praise this inn enough, especially to foreign travelers who feel quite lost in all the information floating around on the internet regarding Zhangjiajie, Tianmen mountain and the other nature attractions!

我无法用语言来形容这次旅行有多么美好。我和我的伴侣都不会说中文，尽管我们事先尽力搜索了张家界和周边地区的信息，但我们仍然一头雾水。房东非常热情地通过短信为我们讲解一切，还贴心地提供了地图和截图，确保我们能够理解这个地方。他们提前帮我们预订了门票，并推荐了一些值得一去的地方等等。其中一位房东的英语也说得非常流利，这真是一个令人惊喜的意外！除此之外，房间本身也非常漂亮，而且非常干净。我强烈推荐这家旅馆，尤其对于那些在网上铺天盖地的关于张家界、天门山和其他自然景点的信息中感到迷茫的外国游客来说，这家旅馆简直是福音！

Incredible family-run hotel. The staff at reception were very helpful with any information we needed, and the hotel also offered a transfer from Zhangjiajie, which was very convenient. Great location—just a 5-minute walk from the bus station and the entrance to the national park. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money.

这家家庭式酒店真是太棒了！前台工作人员非常热情，解答了我们所有的问题，酒店还提供从张家界出发的接送服务，非常方便。酒店位置绝佳，步行5分钟即可到达汽车站和国家公园入口。房间干净宽敞。我肯定会再次入住。性价比超高。
