深圳友和海航国际大酒店

I came to Shenzhen with a business purpose and have chosen Friends hotel because of its location and good comments. Nice room, especially the bed - big and soft - that it was hard to leave it getting up early in the mornings, haha. I have stayed in a couple of hotels in different countries abroad and from what I can tell its a very nice hotel. Good breakfast! ( Just add the core of the any westerner - scramble eggs -, a bit more fruits and it would be perfect! Professional stuff at the reception, good attitude and very helpful. I have taken walks every evening in the park by the hotel. In one word, I would definitely come back to this hotel.

我来深圳是出于商务目的，选择了朋友酒店，因为它的位置和好评。房间不错，尤其是床，又大又软，早上起床就舍不得离开，哈哈。我在国外不同国家住过几家酒店，据我所知，这是一家非常好的酒店。早餐不错！ （只要加上西方人的核心——炒鸡蛋——再加上一点水果就完美了！前台的工作人员很专业，态度很好，非常乐于助人。我每天晚上都会在酒店旁边的公园散步。一句话，我一定会回到这家酒店。

I came here for a quick 2-day business trip and spent one night here with business counterparts. The hotel is clean, beautiful and luxurious. The food is decent coz I am not necessarily a fan of local cuisine, but I get what I need. I didn't get to try all the fancy facilities available but it seems it has all. The room is very nice and I totally enjoy my stay after I had a very long day. This is a hotel I'd recommend for anyone traveling in town.

The rooms are nice, double bed with all the basic facilities like LED TV, study table, safe, hair drier, almirah, mini-bar, bath tub and everything else that you expect from any hotel. What was additional were the attendants who could speak and understand the English (communication is a real barrier in China) and some other foreign languages as well... The morning buffet too was quite luxurious with a vegetarian like me also having quite a no. of choices to fill my belly... All in all a wonderful experience!

房间很漂亮，有一张双人床，配有所有基本设施，如 LED 电视、学习桌、保险箱、吹风机、衣橱、迷你吧、浴缸以及您对酒店所期望的一切。额外的是服务员会说和听懂英语（在中国沟通是一个真正的障碍）和其他一些外语。自助早餐也很豪华，像我这样的素食主义者也很不喜欢。有很多选择可以填饱肚子...总而言之，这是一次美妙的经历！

This hotel is fairly modern but showing its age. I'm currently staying here and have been here for four nights. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfy and shower is good. The details are beginning to wear and tear - woodwork in the bathroom is rotten after repeated floods, some of the fixtures and fittings are tired.||||Breakfast is a bit odd, for a westerner. There is plenty of local fair, which the locals seem to enjoy, plus there is a small amount of western breakfast which will just about suit. There is a lack of fruit, the coffee machines seldom work properly and the fruit juice is gloopy and laden with sugar. As a colleague commented - it's a bit like they've seen a photo or a video of a good hotel breakfast setup and tried to copy it with no idea what temperature anything should be - they have all the metal dishes and buffet arrangement, but things you expect to be hot are cold and vice-versa.||||The main problem I have with this hotel is the attitude they take to locals versus that to European guests. There is a no-smoking policy throughout the hotel that is clearly labelled in different languages and in symbols, however this doesn't seem to stop many chinese guests who smoke freely in public areas and on non-smoking floors. When I mentioned it to reception, as the smoke was wafting into my room, I was told that there was a large number of Chinese guests at the moment, and they were not going to ask them not to smoke, but offered to move my room, which I declined (I could have been moving all week)!||||The Sauna is off, unless you request it, then it takes half an hour to warm up - don't bother, it's tiny and the wood is peeling off the walls.||||There is also an odd policy for the pool - you must wear a swim cap. I asked for clarification and was told buy a cap or don't swim. Never been asked to do this before and I wasn't prepared to do it. In fact the staff seemed to get rather antagonistic when I asked for reasons why this was policy.||||The hotel management seems to want to enforce silly rules in the interest of public health, but not the big ones. Either that or there is a racist attitude towards foreigners - the locals can do as they please but you must stick to our rules.||||There is a Crowne Plaza around a kilometre away, with more food outlets / bars / shops around it - go there instead.

Stayed at this hotel recently for two nights during a business trip. The rooms was spacious, clean and excellent. Free high speed wifi. The breakfast was average with only very limited items for international visitors (and coffee machine was not working). I did not use any of the other facilities (gym, poo, etc.) so cannot comment on these. I would recommend this hotel for a similar business trip.

最近出差期间在这家酒店住了两晚。房间宽敞、干净、优秀。免费高速无线网络。早餐很一般，对于国际游客来说只有非常有限的食物（而且咖啡机坏了）。我没有使用任何其他设施（健身房、便便等），所以无法对这些设施发表评论。对于类似的商务旅行，我会推荐这家酒店。

預訂前已知道此酒店距離市區比較遠，一心就是來渡假休息享用酒店設施。||房間乾淨舒適，就是浴室企缸去水較慢，洗澡後發現整個浴室都水浸了。||服務不錯，要求毛巾跟冰塊都很快就送到房間。||到泳池時游泳卻有一班不是住客的學生們在習泳，比較吵。||早上九點吃自助早餐，選擇不算太多，而且很多東西都吃光了，補充也比較慢。

|||前台服務親切，遇上滿房房間昇級成套間，房間窗戶面對公園風景很好，套房明亮又寬敞超級滿意，大堂吧有Happy hour供應，甜點很誘人，西餐廳晚上是海鮮自助餐，魚生不錯還蠻新鮮的。問詢到禮賓最近的超商，怕我們不理解，禮賓小哥特地在便簽紙上畫了一張小地圖，雖然我們還是沒看很懂哈哈哈，根據小哥和路人的指引，成功發現超商，離酒店很近。一次很不錯的旅程體驗，以後認准這一家||

客房很不错，床品干净，枕头柔软。酒店在龙岗中心区，到客户公司很方便。周围有很多餐厅和超市。送洗的衣物也打理的很好。晚上还可以去龙潭公园散步，景色可以！小住一周，下次出差还会选择这里，图片是散步拍的酒店
