深圳罗湖火车站酒店 - 商务楼

I booked this hotel for one night, through booking.com. The reception staff were rude extremely unhelpful and took a long time checking me in even though I was the only one at the reception desk. The room size was OK, and it was relatively clean except the flooring which was uneven and had so many bad stains on it they had ground in. The bed was like laying on concrete it was that hard. The mattress was also too small for the base unit of the bed, the furniture was old and worn. The hotel obviously has no sound proofing and don't care about their guests getting a good nights sleep as there was drilling going on at 2am in the morning. Also I was on the 8th floor and even with windows shut I could still hear the tannoys from the station. This is definitely not worth the price they are charging, I have stayed in the Railway Station West building and that was a little better than this one. I would avoid at all costs

我通过booking.com预订了这家酒店一晚。前台人员非常粗鲁，几乎不提供帮助，尽管前台只有我一个人，但他们却花了很长时间才帮我办理入住。房间大小还可以，而且比较干净，只是地板不太平整，上面有很多污渍。床硬得像躺在水泥地上一样。床垫太小，放不下床架，家具也破旧不堪。这家酒店显然没有隔音设施，而且根本不关心客人是否能睡个好觉，因为凌晨两点就有钻井活动。而且我住在8楼，即使关上窗户，我仍然可以听到车站的广播声音。这家酒店绝对不值这个价钱。我住过火车站西楼，那里比这家好一点。我绝对不会选择这家酒店。

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I was given a room in another wing where I had to change lifts on the 3rd floor....walk a long corridor....take another lift and walk down another long corridor to get to my room. Booking was done thru Booking.com and I was quoted CNY 226 to which I agreed. I was to stay for just one night but I asked for it to be extended for another day. The girl at the counter said OK....obviously not understanding a word I said. Then when I came back late evening my room had been locked by reception for having overstayed. Had a hard time to make anyone understand. Finally an English speaking guy moved me to a closer room and insisted that I pay CNY 198 for my second night. Which seemed ok....but then Booking.com are cheating its customers by charging more per room. Sounds rediculous. Again the hotel was not able to explain as to why I was given a room so far from reception. And ofcourse there is no politeness from the Chinese staff...no smile either

这是我住过的最差的酒店之一。我被安排在另一侧楼的房间，结果在三楼换乘电梯……走了很长一段走廊……再乘一部电梯，再走另一条长长的走廊才能到我的房间。预订是通过Booking.com进行的，他们报价226元人民币，我同意了。我本来只住一晚，但我要求延长一天。柜台小姐说可以……显然她一个字也没听懂。然后，当我晚上很晚回来时，我的房间因为逾期住宿而被前台锁上了。我很难让任何人明白我的意思。最后，一个会说英语的人帮我换到了一个更近的房间，坚持要我支付第二晚198元人民币。这似乎还不错……但Booking.com却在欺骗顾客，每个房间收取更高的费用。听起来太荒谬了。酒店再次无法解释为什么给我安排了离前台这么远的房间。当然，中国工作人员一点礼貌都没有……也没有笑容。

This is the 4th time in 5 years i have been to this hotel - Shenzhen Luohu Railway Station Hotel - Commercial Building||||But this time it WAS TERRIBLE... I checked in on 24th November thinking I was going to QUALITY hotel like before. ||||But This Time The Service Was Bad The Room Was Kept Unclean. The Bathroom And Room Was Full Of Mosquitoes And Upon Repeated Complaints No Action Was Taken From The Hotel Staff And Management.||||The Reception Staff Did Understand English But When They Saw I Was Complaining They Pretended To Not Understand What I Was Saying,||A Humble Request To All Travelers : Please Do Not Go There If You Care For Your Own Health. ||||Also The Breakfast Is The Same Everyday ( I Was There For 8 Days) No Change....

这是我 5 年来第四次入住这家酒店 - 深圳罗湖火车站酒店 - 商业大厦||||但这次体验糟透了...我于 11 月 24 日入住，以为会像以前一样入住高品质酒店。||||但这次服务很差，房间很不干净。浴室和房间里到处都是蚊子，我多次投诉后，酒店员工和管理人员没有采取任何行动。||||接待人员听得懂英语，但当他们看到我在投诉时，他们假装听不懂我在说什么，||向所有旅客提出一个谦卑的要求：如果您关心自己的健康，请不要去那里。||||而且早餐每天都一样（我在那里住了 8 天），没有变化……

The holel is very comfortable. Location is very easy to find. Hotel staffs are very gentle. Food quality is very good.

酒店非常舒适。位置很好找。酒店员工非常温柔。食物质量非常好。
