在長頸鹿莊園陪兒子度過了一個完美的兩歲生日長頸鹿莊園在景觀上打造成比較原生態的環山景緻 讓人進入有貼近熱帶森林的體驗 房間獨棟的做的私密性也很好 衛生情況也是讓人很滿意的 在服務上也有專屬管家 為我們服務的管家笑笑 非常敬業 每次提出的要求可都非常及時的解答和處理 並且我們半夜叫車出去夜宵 也都是秒回消息的 另外在遊樂方面 萌寵館是小朋友最喜歡的地方 跟小動物們可以很近距離的接觸和餵食 很有趣 長頸鹿餐廳也是很有特色 長頸鹿的溫順可愛也給我們帶來了很滿足的快樂 相信以後還是會再次來遊玩的

Nice calm green scenery. Rooms are okay. No English is spoken. Diner basically to be taken in the hotel which was rather pricy and Chinese style. Morning breakfast with giraffes is what we came for and definitely something special especially for our son.

美丽平静的绿色风景。房间还可以。没有人说英语。晚餐基本上是在酒店里吃的，价格相当昂贵，而且是中式风格。与长颈鹿一起吃早餐是我们来这里的目的，而且绝对是特别的东西，尤其是对我们的儿子来说。

Fantastic location and activities. Dinner buffet was good, but overpriced considering the food selection. Breakfast was nice and the proximity with the animals make it a special experience.We had an issue with water on the floor, near bathtub, personnel was reactive and kind, but could not find the source of it and anyway it seemed there was no leaking…

优越的地理位置和活动。自助晚餐很好，但考虑到食物的选择，价格过高。早餐很好，与动物的近距离接触使它成为一种特殊的体验。我们遇到了浴缸附近地板上有水的问题，工作人员反应积极且友善，但找不到水的来源，无论如何，似乎没有漏水……

覺得有點點貴其他都很好 下雨天比較沒什麼感覺 剛好這次下雨如果喜歡動物的我覺得動物園更好玩一點服務很好！早餐晚餐的服務人員很熱情開車接送的觀光車的叔叔們非常nice！管家小周服務也不錯的 特意送了我們兩份喂小動物飼料還開車送我們去目的地 酒店浴缸我們沒有使用 放了很久沒有熱水 嫌麻煩我們沒有找工作人員，浴缸非常大，泡澡拍拍照片還是很有意境的

We had an amazing time at this Giraffe Hotel :)! Our boys loved every minute of it. They were obsessed with all the animal interactions and inspired them to draw and discord more about each animals and their habitat. The manager there was very helpful communicating in English through wechat. So we were able to enjoy every activities that was offered there too. Our room was a cottage style and we enjoyed the view and the stay.

我们在这家长颈鹿酒店度过了一段美好的时光:)！我们的孩子们喜欢这里的每一分钟。他们痴迷于所有动物的互动，并激励他们画出更多关于每种动物及其栖息地的画和不一致。那里的经理通过微信用英语交流非常有帮助。所以我们也能够享受那里提供的每项活动。我们的房间是小屋风格，我们很享受这里的景色和住宿。

the hotel and its territory are amazing ! the service is great, everyone is so friendly, nice and welcoming 😍 I especially want to single out an employee by the name 周周. she helped us during our stay at the hotel with any questions ! it is very pleasant and valuable. 💖🦒☀️there are many fun things to do on the territory, I really enjoy our time.

酒店及其领土都很棒！服务很棒，每个人都那么友好、友善、热情😍 我特别想挑出一位名叫周周的员工。在我们入住酒店期间，她帮助我们解决了任何问题！这是非常愉快和有价值的。 💖🦒☀️境内有很多有趣的事情可以做，我真的很享受我们的时光。

Truly wonderful resort! Beautiful scenery, amazing interactions with a wide variety of animals. Kids activities were plentiful and top service by their staff! Zhou Zhou was always on hand for anything we needed. Thank you so much for your showing us around the resort. Will book again!
