This is one of the nicer hotel in the city. I still do not like how their staff is being trained as they can never find my reservation. They kept assuming I am Chinese and find the reservation under Chinese name. During this stay, I noticed there were footsteps on the white mat.

Brand new rooms and facilities. Rooms are spacious and well-designed; perfect curtain to avoid daylight in the morning.Impressive atrium. Large indoor swimming pool.

The room is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are still not professional. The hotel refused to provide the invoice for my stay. The business license is not visible.

房间干净舒适。前台工作人员还是不够专业。酒店拒绝提供我的住宿发票。营业执照看不到。
