Conch Business Hotel

We had no choice but to book Conch hotel because we needed a baby crib and that was the only place in the area that offered it.The room itself was ok,quite small but bed was comfortable,shower was powerful(I'm pretty sure the bathroom was redecated fairly recently), however it had mold on the walls, furniture was extremely dated and showing its age,the fridge wasn't even plugged in, no sugar or teaspoons or milk. The breakfast was what really spoiled the experience-it was a standard Chinese buffet, quite limited with strange hot options for breakfast but I'm used to those, having lived here for a while.The bad thing was that nothing seemed to be replaced/refilled. I did not see even one item being refilled once it run out,e.g. bread(which they only had a sweet variety of and jam to go with it but nothing to spread it on the bread with!)Sugar for tea and coffee was served in a large bowl,very strange. It's basically advertised as this top class hotel in town but it is a 3* hotel at best. On the plus side, it is very close to a riverside park and a fantastic restaurant serving goose hot pot!
