Yinzhan Hot Spring Hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Most staff didn't speak English, which is quite common, but with the use of a translator, communication was OK. The hotel manager spoke very good English and was available when required. The weather wasn't good during my visit but the staff did what they could to make our stay comfortable. Hot Springs were nice although not all pools were available which wasn't a problem.

在广州以北过去跟清远交界的地方，他那个环境很安静很有优势，整个酒店比较大，单人房比较干净用品齐全，洗手间弄得很好。我们公司开年会去那里一起定的。后来有泡温泉，跟住酒店环境质量没关系，温泉体验的再好酒店点两码事，酒店式他另外一部分服务。他靠近京广铁路线附近，高速那块，就在下高速旁边，打车不方便。交通不方便，他在旅游区。停车场很大，有在里面吃非常不错的粤菜。消费偏贵一点因为在旅游区。

一般，那个温泉好像温度很高，像我进去十分钟不到头发都冒汗啦，感觉不舒服，因为人太多啦。不过它离高速很近，也方便。需要改进的就是服务好一点就好啦，还有里面有时电视机，还有空调什么的不怎么好，比较旧啦，毕竟也是一家老酒店啦。

我们住的是贵宾楼，房间阳台有个大浴池，可以3、4个人在里面泡温泉，池子旁边还有一个热石板可以在上面睡觉。来楼直接就是温泉区，很方便。配有水果、饮料。就是温泉区的浴袍配得不够，经常会没有，配得也慢。在里面住还送了早餐和午餐券，吃饭时人很多，没位置的站着吃了。交通很方便，下了高速就到了。

Let me preface this review by saying that I did not stay here overnight so I have no idea about any issues with the hotel. A group of us went out for a day trip and paid around 160 rmb for lunch and a day pass. There were a series of hot pools that were clean enough and generally well maintained. I often saw staff walking around checking chemicals and temperatures and things like that. Towels were available pretty much everywhere and you could also rent a robe for 20 rmb (70 rmb deposit). Lunch at the restaurant was okay, I personally don't think you can go wrong with Chinese food, in general. It was buffet style and you had one chance to eat. That was a bit annoying as there were no bathrooms in the restaurant, so hope you don't have to pee! In general, it's worth it for a day. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed....and that's hard to do in China!

环境还可以，不过去到很多池都没有开。。小朋友游乐池是冷水的，这个如果是温泉水的话小朋友会更开心。里面除了免费的水，没有任何吃的东西，休息的地方少了些。。另外东区别墅里面的房间电视实在很差，根本无法看，如果以上改进一下，还是个值得去的地方。

This is my third hot spring that I have been to in Guang Dong province. Like most things in the middle kingdom it lacks maintenance by qualified staff. The rooms have seen a lot of wear. The bathroom was littered with spots of black mold everywhere. The towels were old and thinned out. The beds were like slabs of granite. The floors and walls were sweating with humidity (time of year). The TV was on the fritz. ||||We ate one time in the hotel restaurant.....the food was expensive (by Chinese standards 100rmb for 2 people) and the food was horrible. The server gave our food to the wrong table twice. We waited 40 minutes for our barbecue chicken....that came out ice cold. ||||For the Hot springs. I actually have some good things to say. The pools were all clean and well maintained for the most. The servants were always attentive to give you water, umbrellas, towels, whatever you needed. There are around 50 different pools on site (not sure the exact number...but they said over 60???). There are a wide variety of pools to choose from....most temperatures range from 38c to 41 c but there was also a 45c pool as well. There are ample amount of childrens pools and water slides and water playgrounds for them as well. ||||Lastly the staff.....overall I will say that they were very good. Every time we asked a question we got a direct and accurate answer (which is not normal in China). The servant upon waling us to our room gave us a 5 minute rundown on where everything was in the resort...which was helpful. ||||I would not waste my time in going back to the hotel or restaurant. But I would definitely make a day trip back there for a late night soak anytime...||||*Note*||There is a new wing of hotel rooms that we noticed......they were still working on them. We stayed in the old wing (felt like a factory dormitory). I am sure that the new rooms will be better.....but I am not sure when they will be finished as well I do not know if they are standard rooms or suites.
