好来登国际酒店

酒店大堂和房間都算舒適，不過房間外的走廊的煙味難聞，升降機有時要等比較久一點。自助早餐不算差，可是款式比預期少。有室內泳池，就算天氣不好也可以游泳，但水太冷。

地理位置稍微有点偏，当时附近在修路，在施工。服务人员态度很好，办理手续速度很快，进去酒店到进电梯不到七分钟的样子。房间的隔音效果还好，没有被吵到，床上用品不错，有电视等设施，不带电脑，提供网线，网速还可以。大堂装修比较大气，房间装修豪华，空间比汉庭大一点。

里面是全江景式的。270°江景，里面无论是装修配套摆设啊，卫生安全啊，还有配套都非常的完善，安全挺好的，那边的保卫挺齐全的，保卫很多，交通根本不用说了，停车位置也很好，很多，地理位置也很好，附近啊本身自己是中和公司的，不单做酒店，还做ktv啊，还有做其它的健身啊，还有其它的保养也有的，比如spa或者水疗，不用到处跑。酒店不用提前预定，一般去了就会有房，如果想自己的合适的房间可以预定的，大部分房间都是江景房，不过没这么好而已。江景房和非江景房价格差距很小嘛。早餐是自助餐，超多东西的。

This is a huge and appearing luxurious hotel. Room spacious with swimming pool and gym, not bad. Yet I think it's not really that up to 5-star standard as it purported to be, as I could see black mould all around the inner edge of the shower room, window handle broken etc. More, there's smoking smell inside the lobby and even the room (depends on your luck if the preceding guests smoked there or not). It's a quasi 5-star hotel in China style.||||One nasty thing must be mentioned is that the shower room is made of frosted glass (for that portion of overhead to knees while the rest are transparent glass) and NOT situated inside the toilet room but between the bedroom and the toilet room. Your roommate can witness your showering movement though she/he cannot see clearly. I can only find this nasty design in China.

这是一家规模宏大、看上去很豪华的酒店。 房间宽敞，有游泳池和健身房，还不错。 但我认为它并没有达到所谓的五星级标准，因为我可以看到淋浴间的内边缘周围都有黑色霉菌，窗户把手坏了等等。此外，大堂内有烟味，甚至还有烟味。房间（前面的客人是否在那里吸烟就看你的运气了）。 这是一家准五星级的中式酒店。||||必须要提的是，淋浴间是磨砂玻璃（头顶到膝盖的部分，其余部分是透明玻璃），而且不在里面。卫生间，但在卧室和卫生间之间。 你的室友可以看到你洗澡的动作，尽管她/他看不清楚。 我只能在中国找到这种令人讨厌的设计。

我是去清远泡温泉了的，就在好来登酒店住的。住宿各方面还行，那里有餐厅，像ktv，健身的，泳池啊，好像什么都有的。但都是另外收费的，房间就是房间，收费的就是收费的。它里面晚餐都有，晚上有晚茶！好像是三四楼是ktv，当时我们住在好像十七八楼，虽然有ktv但不会影响到住客的了！它的餐厅装修的普普通通，餐厅的东西不怎么好吃，价格相对总城市都还可以。就保险柜没有，冰箱也没有的，有的房间连电脑也没有的。它有些电脑房比其他没有电脑的房间价格相对来说要高一些。有停车场，停车很方便。打车和坐公交都很方便，就在国道旁边。

The design of the bathroom is really bad, the hotel used curved glass panels and you can see someone's legs and head while he/she is bathing. One of my room smells bad, this hotel allows people to smoke in the room. The breakfast has very little choices.

浴室的设计真的很糟糕，酒店使用弧形玻璃面板，你可以看到某人洗澡时的腿和头。我的一间房间气味难闻，这家酒店允许人们在房间里吸烟。早餐的选择很少。

This is the second time I have stayed here -2011 and now. We booked online for 2 nights. I printed out the reservation confirmation and gave it to the front desk along with the room fee. Nobody spoke English. We wanted to purchase breakfast but they couldn't understand - kept saying "no, no" when we asked. The room was nice - king sized bed and reasonable sized room. The shower was filthy! I don't think it has been cleaned since 2011! All moldy and disgusting! My Chinese friend met us in the evening and went to tell the front desk that we wanted to purchase breakfast and to our great surprise we discovered that the hotel had decided we were staying for just one night despite our confirmation stating two nights. As a result the most long and difficult discussion occurred with the hotel staff rudely telling me (in Chinese) that I must have changed my booking and they insisted multiple times that I was in the wrong, not them. Then they finally and very relictantly agreed that I would be allowed to stay another night but said that breakfast vouchers were issued by the finance department would would start work the next day at 0900. When I pointed out that breakfast would be over by that time, more discussion occurred and the front desk staff pulled out a pad of vouchers and gave us two. So we had no idea what the issue was. All this took over 20 minutes, no apology from the hotel- just blaming me for booking the room for 2 nights. Never have I experienced such difficulty with a hotel especially one that claims to be 5*. I would give it 2 stars. The breakfast was very poor quality as well, no variety. And judging by the small amount o food laid out and how we didn't see any other hotel guests in the breakfast room, very few guests were staying in the hotel.

这是我第二次住在这里 - 2011 年至今。我们在网上预订了两晚。我打印了预订确认信并把它和房费一起交给了前台。没有人说英语。我们想购买早餐，但他们无法理解 - 当我们询问时一直说“不，不”。房间很好——特大号床和大小合理的房间。淋浴很脏！我认为自 2011 年以来就没有清理过！都发霉了，恶心！我的中国朋友晚上遇见了我们，告诉前台我们想购买早餐，令我们惊讶的是，我们发现酒店已经决定我们只住一晚，尽管我们确认说是两晚。结果，最漫长、最困难的讨论发生了，酒店工作人员粗鲁地告诉我（用中文）我必须更改我的预订，他们多次坚称是我错了，而不是他们。然后他们最后很不情愿地同意让我再住一晚，但说早餐券是财务部发的，第二天900开始上班。当我指出早餐到时候就结束了，发生了更多的讨论，前台工作人员拿出一叠优惠券给了我们两张。所以我们不知道问题是什么。这一切花了20多分钟，酒店没有道歉——只是怪我订了两晚的房间。我从来没有在一家酒店经历过如此困难，尤其是一家声称是 5 星级的酒店。我会给它 2 颗星。早餐质量也很差，品种不多。从摆设的食物数量很少以及我们在早餐室没有看到任何其他酒店客人来看，很少有客人入住酒店。

房間空調無法調節溫度，長期處於超冷狀態。浴室淋浴間週边很多污漬發霉。房間不算很大，但房間墻壁還有水漬發霉。另外自助早餐一般。
