貴酒店早期我們夫妻兩人就住過了，當時初期的服務還可以,後因素質與吵雜才開始選擇他出，但此次再次選擇住在貴酒店後，發現貴店的服務品質變得很好，環境也變好了，唯覺得早餐的費用有點高。但大致上來說也都還很好，來自台灣的旅客 敬上

Everything is good and lovely except the fact that they are doing a rehaul on their aircondition system, causing the rooms to not be airconditioned. It was extremely stuffy and they didn't mention this issue to us when we checked-in till we called the front desk and asked. They sent us a fan after the call which helped with the stuffiness, but it would have been better if they had been upfront about it.

餐厅张伊娜态度友善，服务周到，想客人所想。在这儿用餐，开心愉快！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 the service was amazing, and the waiter lady was very helpful during breakfast, always checking if the food was alright or if we wanted more. She also extended the opening hours when my grandma needed more time.|

酒店距离运城机场只有20分钟车程，非常方便。入住还赠送一次免费接机或送机，非常贴心。此外入住还送两张酒店自己的水晶宫洗浴卷，很不错。酒店房间中规中距，设施舒适。入住后还叫了客房送餐，味道很好。酒店早餐非常丰富，很不错。总之是性价比很高的酒店，下次来还会住这。

Reception:||As with hotels in China, the staff speak mainly Putonghua. Some of the managerial staff speak a little English, enough to be helpful.||||Bedroom:||The rooms were a bit dated. We had a problem with noise from the street and karaoke next door. This abated by 10 pm. An attempt to find an alternate room was unsuccessful. However the staff were excellent in their effort to show us several rooms which we found unsuitable because of residue smoke smell.||Interestingly, one of the pillows was filled with what felt like grain of some sort.||There was a flat screen TV with mainly Chinese channels. There was a safe, tea and coffee making facilities..||||Bathroom:||There was a bathtub cum shower. Bath Gel and Shampoo was supplied through wall mounted dispensers. There was a supply of toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and razor.||||WiFi||Complimentary throughout the hotel including the rooms.||||Dinner:||At the hotel was pretty good. Unfortunately we ordered too many spicy food. A word of advice to non Locals, ask the cook to use less salt and oil. In general we found the dinner of local cuisine of good quality and value.||||Breakfast:||A very large selection of Chinese food. Various noodles, meats, vegetables, porridge. A cooked egg station, selection of pastry, bacon, and bread.||||Comment:||The hotel has seen better days. It is still very livable, clean and the staff in general were very helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent.

There's simply not much more to say. Its a really good hotel, with large rooms, big modern bathrooms, and all the room amenities you expect. Its up there with any 4*+ business hotel. The photo does not do the hotel justice.||Reception English is basic, but you will get by. Expect to pay a RMB600-800 deposit even if you may have already paid upfront. Its a normal thing in Chinese hotel chains. They will reverse the costs on check-out.||Breakfast was good, although as with all Chinese hotel chains very much orientated to Chinese tastes. You can however get a good coffee, a few pastries, and fruit. Highly debatable if breakfast is worth the money, but if you don't have time to go looking elsewhere then you get what you get. Had the Chinese buffet for lunch which has a large variety and was very tasty. My local supplier said he though it to be ok.||Would quite easily stay there again if i need to go Yuncheng.

It is in more of a provincial town so English is not as common here. That being said, there was a lot of translation apps and accommodation by the various staff to make sure we were satisfied!||||Rooms were large and comfortable. We were there during the largest heatwave Yuncheng has seen in 100 years so AC was working around the clock but managed to keep the rooms cool.||||They opened the dining hall early if we let them know we had a business venture outside of the area. ||||They have a great workout area and pool. On one occasion we tried to order food from the lounge and found out the menus were just for "show". They helped us order and have food delivered.||||I would stay here again for sure. Staff was super friendly, food was great and in a prime location in Yuncheng!

价钱还可以，设施挺全的，有游泳池，卫生也可以，不好的就是服务差了点。位置蛮好的，出行很方便，城市本身就很小。早餐也是中西结合的，午餐就是结合当地的特色的一些东西。环境很好，视野还行，能看到护城河，高档住宅小区，还有毛主席相。酒店就是服务差，其他方面还行，服务态度就是有点，我有几次在那边搞活动的时候有闹不愉快，他们就是不像其他酒店一样，而是偏向当地的政府的人，比较拉偏架。
