The hotel is very clean and the room is fabulous. I was put on a smoking floor despite requesting non-smoking. The breakfast was not very good. After paying for breakfast and being told to enter the buffet, I was then immediately escorted out by another staff member who thought I hadn’t paid. After confirming I was allowed to re-enter. I was a little embarrassed. However, the staff were all friendly and patient with my poor language skills. The hotel is a little far away and there are not many shops or restaurants around. I would still stay here again. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

酒店非常干净，房间也很棒。虽然我要求的是无烟房，但还是被安排在了吸烟楼层。早餐不太好。我付完钱后，被告知可以去自助餐区，结果另一位工作人员以为我没付钱，立刻把我请了出去。确认付款后才被允许重新进入。我当时有点尴尬。不过，所有工作人员都很友好，也很有耐心，即使我的英语不太好。酒店位置有点远，周围商店和餐馆不多。但我还是会再次入住。房间很安静，床也很舒服。我住得很愉快。

I stayed in a Rezen hotel in Shanxi. The hotel is new, modern but simple which is adequate but don’t expect anything too much. No fridge jn the room. No bathrobes. The shower is strong and warm. On my floor (7th), there was a gym and a large lounge with sofas for all. The mattress is comfortable. And the hotel gave the option of one hard and one soft pillow. Breakfast was simple and very local. The wonton was the best option. There is 24/7 coffee/tea and titbits in the lobby.

我在山西住的是瑞赞酒店。酒店很新，现代但比较简单，足够用了，但不要抱太高的期望。房间里没有冰箱，也没有浴袍。淋浴水流强劲且温暖。我住的楼层（7楼）有健身房和一个带沙发的大休息室。 床垫很舒服。酒店还提供一个硬枕头和一个软枕头供客人选择。 早餐很简单，很有当地特色。馄饨是最好的选择。 大堂24小时供应咖啡/茶和小吃。
