嘉好.弗斯达（文殊院店)

酒店为2013新开业酒店，各项设施都很新。酒店正门并不临街，第一次去可能不太好找，但是打车直接和司机说到成都市公安局正门就好，酒店就在成都市公安局旁边的小巷往里100米。酒店房间干净卫生，房间面积较大，服务员服务态度很好，每天晚上还有报纸赠送。早餐还算丰富，质量也不错，吃饱是没问题的。值得一提的是，酒店退房速度很快，即使是在凌晨四点退房，也在三五分钟内全部完成。

住了5晚，感觉对于自由行的游客，是个性价比很高的好选择。先说缺点，房间不大，衣柜上层有灰尘，洗脸池没有挂毛巾的地方，毛巾的质感差，WIFI有点慢。优点很多，地铁文殊院站大约100米，距离主要火车站、商圈都不远；不临街晚上很安静，公共区域比较干净，有停车场，早餐比预计的要好点，房间有冰箱，每天有免费的矿泉水。所有这些相对于不到300块钱的价格，很划算。

离文殊院很近，价格超级实惠！房间内部设施都很不错~大床房床很大。感觉差不多准4星的感觉，但是设施真的很新。办理入住很快，2分钟就说上楼了，wifi速度也不错~嘿嘿，很满意！对了，在小巷子里面，所以不会有马路的吵闹！

之前一直住对面的格兰会，结果发现了对面的弗斯达。酒店是2013年3月新开的，店面在大街里面50米，不是很好找，出租都不是很清楚，看来要加强宣传了。房间升级到了豪华房，设施还很不错，可以达到四星级的标准，今后还住这里。

This hotel's location is a mixed blessing - set back from the road gives it a bit more quiet but also made it a challenge for taxi drivers to locate. Location in the broader sense is good - walkable to Tianfu square and Wenshu Monastery as well as metro lines with banks and convenience store just down the road. The hotel itself is nice overall, with the business single room well layed out with view out to the road. Wifi signal was stronger than the other hotels I stayed at in China. Cleanliness was OK, but I ran out of tissue and toilet paper despite daily cleaning so they weren't being checked or stocked and there was already a bit of sense of wearing in the room though the hotel is quite new overall. Had room service one night, and the chicken rice was definitely bland considering this is one of the culinary capitals of China. I also had some issues with service - English was mostly a no go, while some staff were friendly and helpful despite it, others unfriendly or down-right rude. Management could work on training - ideally the response to a language barrier isn't to put your head down and laugh. Kudos to the staff who were helpful (man working the desk overnight, girls in the restaurant, housekeeping) despite my lack of intelligible mandarin, while some others could stand to dial the attitude back. Probably wouldn't stay here again as there are so many hotel options in Chengdu, but there is potential with more training and pro-active management.

这家酒店的位置好坏参半——远离马路虽然比较安静，但对出租车司机来说也有点难找。酒店地理位置优越——步行即可到达天府广场和文殊院，地铁线路也近在咫尺，沿路还有银行和便利店。酒店本身总体不错，商务单人间布局合理，可以看到马路景色。Wi-Fi信号比我在中国住过的其他酒店都要强。清洁度还可以，但尽管每天都打扫，纸巾和卫生纸还是用完了，所以没有检查或补充。而且，虽然酒店整体来说很新，但房间里已经有点旧了。有一天晚上叫了客房服务，考虑到这里是中国的美食之都之一，鸡饭的味道实在寡淡。酒店服务也有一些问题——我几乎不会说英语，尽管有些员工虽然英语不好，但仍然很友好、乐于助人，而有些员工则很不友好，甚至非常粗鲁。管理层可以改进培训——理想情况下，解决语言障碍的方法不是低头大笑。值得称赞的是，尽管我的普通话不太好懂，但那些乐于助人的员工（前台的男士、餐厅的服务员、客房服务人员）还是很热情。其他一些人的态度也需要改进。成都的酒店选择太多了，我可能不会再住这里了，但如果能加强培训，提高管理积极性，这里还是有潜力的。

Me and my girlfriend spend Christmas in Chengdu and stayed a the Jiahao Fusida Hotel. We were very happy there.||||The room was very nice and spacious, with a really comfortable bed, I also liked the way the bathroom area was separated from the bed area, we also got a nice view of the city from our room. All in all it felt like a much more expensive room, so I think we got a pretty good value for our money.||||I really liked the way the lights were set up, so if the lights were all out, every time you got up from the bed the hall light would turn itself on, same thing with the bathroom as you walked in, and once you get back to bed, the lights would automatically turn themselves off. That was really cool.||||The staff was always polite and helpful, and they always kept the room very clean and tidy. Also one day my girl decided to stay in and ordered room service and she said it was good.||||The hotel is also in a very convenient location, there is lots to do around as well as places to eat and shopping malls, it is easy to get a taxi and the subway station is very close by.||||The only inconvenience is that taxis won't go all the way to the hotel because it is located kind of in a alleyway. So you have to walk a little bit to get from the entrance to the hotel itself. For us this wasn't a problem since we traveled light, but if you have a lot of luggage this may be an issue.

我和女朋友在成都过圣诞节，住在嘉豪福斯达酒店。我们在那里过得很开心。||||房间非常漂亮宽敞，床也很舒服。我也很喜欢浴室和卧室分开的设计，从房间里还能欣赏到美丽的城市景观。总而言之，这间房感觉比我住的贵很多，但我觉得物有所值。||||我非常喜欢灯光的布置方式，如果灯全灭，每次你起床时，走廊的灯就会自动亮起，当你走进浴室时，灯也会自动亮起；当你回到床上时，灯也会自动熄灭。这真的很酷。||||工作人员总是彬彬有礼、乐于助人，他们总是把房间打扫得干干净净。有一天，我女儿决定待在家里，还叫了客房服务，她说服务很好。||||酒店位置也非常便利，周围有很多好玩的地方，餐饮场所和购物中心也很多，打车也很方便，地铁站也很近。||||唯一不方便的是，出租车不会一路开到酒店，因为酒店位于一条小巷里。所以从酒店入口到酒店，你得走一小段路。对我们来说，这不是什么问题，因为我们轻装上阵，但如果你有很多行李，这可能就是个问题了。

Отличный отель рядом с монастырем Веншу (800м), станцией метро (100м), остановкой автобуса в аэропорт линии 2 (400м). Хорошие номера (климатика, мягкие кровати, чисто, все есть). Отличные цены в системах бронирования (booking.com, hotels.com). Очень достойные завтраки. Рекомендую. Примечание - цены номеров на стойке, как и везде в Китае для лохов...
