玉瑞酒店

I stayed here as I was running in the Chengdu Panda marathon which was held at Dujiangyan. I booked this hotel as I needed somewhere in Dujiangyan and the reviews seemed good. ||Location is a little far from the centre. I would recommend taking a taxi if you are coming from the bus station. There didn't seem to much close by to the hotel e.g. restaurants and supermarkets although I didn't explore a great deal. ||The hotel is fairly large and the room was fantastic. Really clean, great facilities, quiet and relaxing. Above what I expected. A nice touch was a letter in Chinese and English wishing good luck for the marathon. The TV doesn't have English speaking channels which was a bit disappointing. ||I didn't try the breakfast as I had to leave early for the marathon but this was included in the price of the room. ||The downside for me with this hotel was the lack of English service. I understood when booking that the staff could speak English and when I arrived there were signs etc in English. However none of the check in staff could speak English. A very helpful staff member, I think his name was Tom, was great and intervened and assisted. He was outstanding in making sure my taxi was booked and communicating this to me. Thanks Tom. However when Tom was not around it was quite difficult. In fact when I checked out in the morning the girl simply did not understand that I was checking out. After giving her my key, I had to ask numerous times for my 200Yuan deposit back and I only got it after she called Tom. I then got a call later that day from Ctrip, the booking site I used, asking if I was staying another night because I apparently hadn't checked out of the hotel?! All this was very troublesome and quite annoying. ||If you can speak Chinese, this hotel will be great and I recommend. If you don't, then it may be a bit difficult if you have questions etc.

我入住这家酒店是因为我参加了在都江堰举行的成都熊猫马拉松。我当时需要在都江堰找个地方住，而且这家酒店的评价看起来不错，所以我就订了这家。||酒店位置离市中心有点远。如果您是从汽车站过来的，我建议您打车。酒店附近似乎没什么像样的东西，比如餐厅和超市，不过我也没有仔细逛。||酒店规模相当大，房间也很棒。非常干净，设施齐全，安静舒适，超出我的预期。房间里还有一封用中英文写的祝马拉松好运的信，这让我很贴心。电视没有英语频道，这有点令人失望。||因为要早起去参加马拉松，所以我没吃早餐，不过早餐包含在房费里。||这家酒店让我不太满意的地方是缺乏英语服务。我预订的时候了解到酒店员工会说英语，而且我到达的时候也看到了英文标识等等。然而，办理入住的工作人员都不会说英语。一位非常热心的员工，我记得他叫汤姆，非常棒，主动帮忙。他帮我预订出租车，并及时通知了我，做得非常出色。谢谢汤姆！但是，汤姆不在的时候就比较麻烦了。事实上，我早上退房的时候，那个女孩根本没明白我要退房。我把钥匙给她之后，不得不反复询问才能拿到200元的押金，最后还是她打电话给汤姆才退给我的。当天晚些时候，我又接到了携程（我预订酒店的网站）的电话，问我是否要再住一晚，因为我好像还没退房？！这一切都非常麻烦，也很令人恼火。||如果你会说中文，这家酒店会很棒，我推荐。如果你不会，那当你遇到问题时可能会有点困难。
