竹海世外桃源度假酒店

The hotel is considered the best in the area and I think it is worth its fame. We stayed there one night to explore the Shunan Zhuhai, or Bamboo Sea, a natural park in South Sichuan, but I regret I had no time to stay there more and enjoy the hot springs or other amenities. The lobby is really impressive, in particular I liked the glasshouse effect it creates with the transparent roof and the plants in the center. The hotel itself has many buildings beside the main one, which are very close each other. The rooms are very impressive and comfortable (I am usually cold, so I greatly appreciate the fact that room temperature could be adjusted and customized); the king bed was really large! I tried the Chinese restaurant, which (as to be expected) also serves edible bamboo specialties. The restaurant was quite good, whereas breakfast, although varied, wasn't as good as dinner (or as other Chinese breakfasts I tried elsewhere). ||In general, I liked this hotel very much and I surely would reccomend it for a stay. As experienced in other places of China, English is little known or spoken (which for me is not a problem, for I can speak Mandarine, but can represent a shortcoming for Westerners); moreover, the place is difficult to reach by public transportation, as in general happens in South Sichuan. When I first contacted them asking for informations, they did not reply, so I had to reserve with a travel agent. ||However, despite this, the services were very good and, most of all, the area and the countryside is wonderful for those who love nature. Although little known among Western tourists, South Sichuan is a marvellous region.

该酒店被认为是该地区最好的酒店，我认为它名副其实。我们在那里住了一晚，去探索川南的自然公园蜀南竹海，但我很遗憾没有时间在那里多呆一会儿，享受温泉或其他设施。大堂真的令人印象深刻，我特别喜欢它透明的屋顶和中心植物所营造的温室效果。酒店本身除了主楼外还有许多建筑物，彼此非常接近。房间非常令人印象深刻和舒适（我通常很冷，所以我非常欣赏房间温度可以调节和定制）；特大号床真的很大！我尝试了中餐厅，（正如所料）它还提供可食用的竹子特色菜。餐厅相当不错，而早餐虽然多种多样，但不如晚餐（或我在其他地方尝试过的其他中式早餐）。 ||总的来说，我非常喜欢这家酒店，我肯定会推荐它入住。正如在中国其他地方所经历的那样，英语很少有人知道或很少有人使用（这对我来说不是问题，因为我会说普通话，但对西方人来说可能是一个缺点）；而且，像川南地区一样，公共交通很难到达这个地方。当我第一次联系他们询问信息时，他们没有回复，所以我不得不向旅行社预订。 ||然而，尽管如此，服务还是非常好的，最重要的是，这个地区和乡村对于热爱大自然的人来说是美妙的。尽管西方游客鲜为人知，川南却是一个奇妙的地区。

This is a pretty huge resort hotel near Shunan Bamboo Forest. The lobby and atrium is encased in glass. Rooms are spacious and clean and even from second floor, we have a good view. There are lots of chirping birds and butterflies during our visit. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant (located in a separate building) is above average and buffet breakfast in the Western Restaurant is good. The hot springs are worth a visit. They are located together with the swimming pool and you pay a fee to enter. There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs. The indoor ones have spa types too hat cab massage your body.

这是蜀南竹林附近一家相当大的度假酒店。 大堂和中庭采用玻璃包裹。 房间宽敞干净，即使在二楼，我们也能看到很好的景色。 在我们访问期间，有很多叽叽喳喳的鸟儿和蝴蝶。 中餐厅（位于独立建筑内）的晚餐高于平均水平，西餐厅的自助早餐也不错。 温泉值得一去。 它们与游泳池位于同一位置，需要付费才能进入。 温泉有室内和室外之分。室内的也有水疗类型，帽子出租车可以按摩你的身体。

On a tour in May 2015. The hotel (part) is under renovation and the roof leaked in the lobby during the rain downfall. Pails can been seen collecting water along the way from lobby to the hotel lifts. Room was a complete letdown.... on entering the room you were greeted with stale air, an unpleasant strong odor of carpet, chipped bathroom tiles & exposed, stained cabinets etc. After air-con was switched on, we were able to felt much better.||The outlay of hotel is nice, exclusive & with nature but maintenance/housekeeping need to be improved. Have our dinner in the Restaurant across from the lobby building. Dishes were good/better than some others we have during the tour. Breakfast buffet spread was good and adequate.

2015年5月旅游。酒店（部分）正在装修，下雨期间大堂屋顶漏水。从大堂到酒店电梯的路上，可以看到桶在收集水。房间完全令人失望……一进入房间，你就会感受到浑浊的空气、令人不快的强烈地毯气味、破碎的浴室瓷砖和裸露的、污迹斑斑的橱柜等。打开空调后，我们能感觉到好多了。||酒店的费用很好，很独特，很自然，但维护/客房服务需要改进。在大堂大楼对面的餐厅享用晚餐。菜肴很好/比我们在旅行期间吃的其他一些菜肴更好。自助早餐很美味而且分量很足。

Arriving at this hotel, wow, the reception arial , stunning at night.||The room was great large and nice laid out, with a balcony.||By this tine we had been to a few hotels in Sichuan, so we asked for an extra duvet , to lye on so the bed would not be as hard, strange that even unmarked hotels the bed are so hard.||The Chinese had no table for 2 people , so we had an whole party room for our self, food so so . I had chosen this hotel because of the the Hot Spring. There were 5 different pools, and a cold swimming pool. it was nice to relax there in the evening after a day sightseeing .

到达这家酒店，哇，前台阿丽尔，晚上很漂亮。||房间很大，布置得很漂亮，有一个阳台。||这个时候我们已经去过四川的几家酒店了，所以我们要求多加一张羽绒被，铺在上面，这样床就不会那么硬，奇怪的是，即使是没有标记的酒店，床也这么硬。||中国人没有2人的桌子，所以我们有一个完整的派对房间供我们自己使用，食物如此。我选择这家酒店是因为这里的温泉。 有5个不同的游泳池，还有一个冷水游泳池。经过一天的观光后，晚上在那里放松身心真是太好了。

The Chinese restaurant here is among the few good ones. Architecture wise reminds me of the Jiuzhaitiantang. Not as impressive but still impressive. The breakfast area is great as it is beside the lake. Choice of breakfast is good too. The rooms are like service apartment standard with a big balcony. Overall it is a good hotel.

这里的中餐厅是为数不多的好餐厅之一。建筑方面让我想起了九寨天堂。没有那么令人印象深刻，但仍然令人印象深刻。早餐区很棒，因为它位于湖边。早餐的选择也不错。房间就像服务式公寓的标准，有一个大阳台。总的来说这是一家不错的酒店。

RT，一开始因为路标不是很明显，所以说还找错路了···还好后来几经周折来到了酒店，但是因为来晚了，都错过了酒店赠送的温泉了···还好朋友提前订了房，所以享受了优惠，标间是1000元一晚，由于到的时候比较晚了，都没来得及欣赏酒店周围的风景，只有早早洗洗睡，但是酒店里面设施还算舒适，对于五星级的标准来讲是略微弱了一些···但是对于景区里面的酒店来说已经不错了，而且值得一提的是酒店的服务很好，每个岗位的服务员都很敬业，礼貌，很让人舒心。自住早餐略显简单，口味和菜品都有待加强。

清明节假期和几个朋友结伴去了宜宾的蜀南竹海，入住的世外桃源酒店，据说这是当地最好的酒店（五星级的，好像宜宾就只有这一家）。位置离景区没有太远，只是周边的服务设施如餐饮那些就需要到竹海镇去了，酒店的东西说实话不咋样，东西很贵，又难吃，来的那天时间晚了，只好将就了，可区区几个菜，就好几百，实在不划算，当然了五星级酒店是这样，但是味道就大相径庭了，不敢恭维了。酒店的服务还是可以的，在一个小地方能够这样，确实不易，价格有些偏高和省城的差不多，估计卖的是这个环境吧，耍了两天就回去了，买了些纪念品，要是个人来度假要是不在乎钱呢，这个地方不错。酒店主要是接待会议的为主，其他的游客入住我还没见着多少。

清明假期，与朋友在世外桃源酒店住了三天。是第一次去，酒店三面环水，空气质量相当好。酒店最高层才五楼，大堂很有特色，玻璃穹顶，中央是一弯碧水和茂密的植被。房间很大，被子盖着也舒服，晚上睡觉安静极了，听不见一点杂音，呵呵，舒舒服服睡了几天好觉。大堂外有一个小湖，湖中的喷泉好像随时都在开着，这几天阴雨绵绵，加上喷泉散发的水汽，湖面上一直笼罩着一层雾气，给人一种烟雨朦胧的感觉。天晴了，坐在湖边的木质平台上，微风徐来，看游鱼划过水面，翻两本闲书，不亦说乎！|令人印象糟糕的是酒店的服务跟不上，号称是24小时营业的西餐厅，深夜12点过后厨师就下班了；中餐厅点个菜要半天才上；早餐也是乱糟糟的，客人多了，连位置都找不到；中层管理人员（穿黑衣服的）大概都是在本地招的，见了客人也不打招呼，连微笑都没有一个。|酒店位置、硬件真的不错，但希望下次去服务会更好。
