酒店服务很好。关键是，哈哈哈哈。酒店前台好多美女呀。并且环境也很美。最主要的是房间很干净。住的很舒服。下一次还会再去的。

特别棒，停车场可以免费停车，刚到就能感受酒店的热情，门口保安彬彬有礼，还帮忙指挥车辆，一看就是接受过专门的培训，值得表扬，下次还会入住！

We stayed in an executive suite with club lounge access. The suite itself was well-appointed and spacious. Room does not come with a refrigerator ... I was told the mini bar is actually an "ambient temperature" bar despite there being a raging heat wave outside. The staff was kind enough to provide 2 ice chests full of ice cubes at time of writing. Who knew I'd be relying on mini ice chests to cool myself in supposedly a "5 star" hotel? ||Guests DO NOT have control of the temperature in the rooms -- whatever is shown on the thermostat is what you get. This is a first for me... I'd have to say, even 2 star motels allow one to set their own temperature in their room. The temperature adjustment in my room was set at 25.9C / 80F. It's better than sweating outside, but not much better. Staff kindly offered another room with temperature SET at 24.4 deg C , but I declined opting for 2 fans instead. (The thought of having to repack and unpack 8 bags and to move to another hot room isn't worth it over 2 degrees).||The good -- housekeeping was very attentive, probably one of the best we've seen in China. English speaking manager - English speakers shouldn't have an issue communicating their needs. || ||||||||

经常在宜宾出差都是入住的这家酒店，经常入住都是老熟人了，前台的小姐姐些都认识我了，每次看到都能亲切的打招呼，感觉回家了一样，这种体验是非常好的

第一次入住这家酒店，前台很专业还免费给我加了会员送了我欢迎饮料，酒店的设施都很齐全，泳池健身房，还可以干蒸，没事去放松一下还是很舒服的，早餐也很丰盛，这次入住的很开心，很棒

这家皇冠假日酒店的服务真的是非常的好，住的设施设备都比较的新出现了问题也及时的解决，下次再到宜宾的时候一定会再次住这个酒店的。

酒店環境非常好，房间極新及整潔，且非常大，估计可能是服务员把我的房间升级了，服务员也太友善了，哈哈😄；酒店位置也非常優越，出門打車非常方便；自助早餐也非常丰富，以后到宜賓肯定还是选它，物超所值😊

挺满意了一次住宿。环境优越！地理位置也好，出门就有很多好吃了，对于我这样了吃货太完美了，强烈推荐。你们一定也要来试试哦
