Holiday Inn Express

It’s the second time staying at this hotel. Location is good for the areas we wanted to visit. Breakfast was okay. I’d say the breakfast from two years ago in the same building was better. Receptionist had to called us late night in the same day after checking in for having a wrong assumption about my entry stamp date on my passport. Same thing happened during our first stay. Frustrating!Overall stay was okay! But we will never come again.

这是第二次入住这家酒店。位置对于我们想去的地方来说很好。早餐还可以。我想说两年前同一栋楼的早餐更好。由于对我护照上的入境印章日期的错误假设，接待员在办理入住手续后不得不在当天深夜给我们打电话。我们第一次入住期间也发生了同样的事情。令人沮丧！总体住宿体验还可以！ 但我们永远不会再来了。

這是家超棒的酒店，真是享受到了一流的服務和舒適的住宿體驗！首先，這家酒店的服務真是周到到不行。從我進門的那一刻起，工作人員就熱情地迎接我，幫我提行李，真是貼心。他們對待每一位客人都非常友善，讓我感到賓至如歸。其次，房間的設施和舒適度也是一級棒！我的房間寬敞明亮，床舖柔軟舒適，讓我每晚都能好好休息。而且，房間內還設有現代化的設備，如高清電視和快速網絡，讓我在房間裡享受到便利和娛樂。酒店的用餐體驗也是無可挑剔的。早餐提供了豐盛的選擇，無論是中式還是西式，口味都非常美味。而且，他們的餐廳環境非常舒適，讓我在用餐時感到輕鬆和愉悅。最後，我也要讚揚酒店的位置優勢。它位於市中心，交通便利，周圍有許多著名的景點和購物中心，我可以輕鬆地遊覽城市和購物消遣。總之，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。它的優質服務、舒適的住宿環境和方便的位置，真是讓我在北京的旅行中享受到了無比的便利和滿足！

Great living experience, especially the attitude and professionalism of the front desk staff. The environment and geographical location are both very good. There is a small garden in the middle that is very comfortable, and the fitness equipment is good. However, there are no massage and relaxation facilities, and the breakfast types are decent. Looking forward to the next experience

很棒的入住体验，尤其是前台工作人员的态度和专业程度。环境和地理位置都很好。中间有一个小花园很舒服，健身器材也不错。不过没有按摩和休闲设施，早餐种类还过得去。期待下次体验

This hotel is GREAT!!! Built out of parts and remains of an old steel mill including part of a big boiler in the hotel restaurant. Huge steampunk style old industrial structures are right next door including the Shougang Park blast furnace which you can walk on top of. There’s also Shang Brew just over the road. This whole area is super fun. Hotel is very new, clean and rooms are very nice.

这家酒店太棒了！！！用旧钢铁厂的零件和遗迹建造而成，其中包括酒店餐厅的大锅炉的一部分。巨大的蒸汽朋克风格的旧工业建筑就在隔壁，包括您可以在上面行走的首钢公园高炉。马路对面还有一家Shang Brew。整个区域都超级有趣。酒店很新，很干净，房间也很好。

Hotel is in good location during the Olympic but for now it is surrounded with empty spaces and buildings. The room is quiet at night but you still hear people passing by in your front door.Beds are well and properly tidy. There’s nothing much special about their amenities except new. Toiletries can be taken from the front desk during check-in.Plenty of food options during breakfast time. Majority of foods are favorable for the local guests. Either you want noodle soup and fresh fired eggs. Restaurant personnel service was great. Some of them were pretty much helpful when you need something out of the menu. But front desk personnel in the other hand it’s quite different. Perhaps front desk personnel could be more friendly.

酒店在奥运会期间位置优越，但现在周围都是空地和建筑物。晚上房间很安静，但你仍然可以听到有人从前门经过。床铺很好，很整洁。他们的设施除了新之外没有什么特别的。办理入住时可以从前台领取洗漱用品。早餐时间有很多食物可供选择。大多数食物都受到当地客人的青睐。要么你想要面条汤和新鲜的煎鸡蛋。餐厅工作人员的服务很棒。当你需要菜单上的东西时，其中一些非常有帮助。但另一方面，前台人员则完全不同。也许前台人员可以更友好一些。

This was a very nice hotel in the old Olympic City of Beijing. There are a few restaurants within 5-15 minutes walking distance and the train station is a 12 minute walk away. Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. If you are not fluent in Chinese as was my case, using a translation app on your phone will go a long way as the staff will reply in the same way.

这是北京老奥运城一家非常好的酒店。步行 5-15 分钟即可到达几家餐馆，步行 12 分钟即可到达火车站。工作人员非常乐于助人而且友善。如果你像我一样中文不流利，使用手机上的翻译应用程序会有很大帮助，因为工作人员会以同样的方式回复。

向前台提出加床。 前台以客房空间不够加床为由拒绝了要求。 于是只能将就着跟孩子凑活了一晚，睡眠质量自然不佳。 希望以后能够以解决需求的态度为先，加价升房，调整房间都可以接受。 感觉在Holiday Inn Express系列酒店里几乎体会不到IHG会员的关怀感。

We appreciated the spacious room with lot of amenities and facilities inside. Breakfast was excellent with good options. Distance from metro station or main road is quite far. And staff only spoke Chinese so had a difficulty communicating.

我们很喜欢宽敞的房间，里面有很多便利设施。早餐很棒，有很多选择。距离地铁站或主干道相当远。而且工作人员只会说中文，所以交流有困难。
